this hotel is smack in the center of the city. ideal if you want to go to the night market and their "new" mall. reception desk is very helpful when we needed assistance on hailing a cab and also on storing our luggages after checkout time. i would definitely recommend staying here

Had a pleasant 4 days stay in a deluxe room of the hotel. Very clean and well kept room. Even the toilet were filled with toiletries. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were well spread with good food. You can also find other shops/restsurant should you like to taste other food or fastfood. Staff were all more friendly.and helpful. Surrounding were also...

Located close to 'The Mall', a central shopping district in Gadong, BSB, The Centrepoint provided a suitable location for undertaking business activities in the area, while also offering varied restaurant options within close proximity. Unfortunately the benefits derived from staying at the Centrepoint barely extended beyond this. The rooms, while spacious and providing all the necessary furniture for one to...

Room cleanliness and service are nothing to scream about. The hotel itself needs refurbishing soon as it looks like it is stuck in the 80's. The only good thing about this hotel is location, in the heart of Gadong which means places to eat are abundance and within walking distance.

The location is good because its beside the The Mall in Gadong. However, the rooms are overpriced and the quality of the room is not so good. The hotel looks old, not properly maintained and not worth the price.

This hotel uses to be quite fancy in its own time. Now its really old. We were here for a 1 night. We stayed in the deluxe twin room, we were freezing the whole time since the AC was centrally controlled & we couldn't lower the temperature plus there was no doona or blanket on the bed. Breakfast was okay....

Not a bad hotel for the price. Great location near the mall & eateries. Rooms were clean enough but poor cleaning let them down. Breakfast was not up to that in other asian countries nearby. Wifi, newspapers, tv, has to request ironing board and iron.
