Overnight in Brunei with radisson booked out , hard to try this. Was clean and neat but basic. Expensive for what you get but there isn't much choice in BSB. The rooms were large but lack the overall finish of a branded hotel. The reception had 2 young men dressed indifferently - very unprofessional. If you have no choice, them...

Good location. Close to old mosque, royal regalia, water villedge etc... Service is good. Rooms are clean. You cannot expect 100% of exclusive service but good for location and standard service. It is difficult to get a taxi in Brunei thus this location is good.

The hotel is nice and ticks all the boxes but there isn't loads to do in BSB. The breakfast buffet needs some help, otherwise the hotel is good value for money, centrally located with high speed internet.

Our family stayed one night at the Brunei Hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was exellent--walking distance to most of the sites and close to grocery and other stores. Good value.

Stayed for more than a week in this hotel and generally it's a decent stay...a newly renovated room was a plus point although the breakfast could perhaps be improved slightly on the variety. Should you find your life boring in the city there is nothing to do with the hotel but the city itself is considered zero entertainment at night,...

After renovation 2 years back it is marketed as a boutique hotel. Good location. Rooms can be a bit damp depending on which direction your room is facing. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is super on the weekends.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of November. Had nothing but praise for this hotel, until my final night staying there. THE GOOD: - One of the few decent hotels available in Brunei, located in the centre of town, at a reasonable price. - Lovely, lovely, helpful, friendly housekeeping staff - especially Chellie! - Nice breakfast selection; typical SEA...

I stayed two weeks at the Brunei Hotel for business at the beginning of December. The location is perfect, close to the bus station, the Sultan Omar Ali Saididdin Mosque and the shopping mall. The breakfast is included and very good but what makes the difference is Chellie. She is one of the responsible of house keepings but she can...
