I've stayed a couple of times at Green House in Gulshan and can rely on clean, comfortable accommodation and excellent, attentive service. I stayed in a large room with ensuite and its own small verandah overlooking the Gulshan Lake jogging/walking park. The room has a bed, desk and chair, small refrigerator, aircon, fan and tv and there is free, reliable...

I enjoyed my stay there. The owners and their employees and family were very nice and hospitable, professional. I had no unexpected charges, and they were generous with helpful tips and information and their time. The neighborhood was a little too quiet; not so easy to get a CNG as other neighborhoods. Almost nothing in the immediate vicinity, but a...

We stayed with a group several days at the Green House in Baridhara district last month. It's a very good (posh) neighboorheid and easy/quick to reach from the airport. The rooms are clean, with working air conditioning (because of a generator). The staff is helpfull,.. but on the other hand the really try to make (a lot of money) out...

Green House in Baridhara, Dhaka, is a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of Dhaka. Although the location in Gulshan was more convenient, the Baridhara location is nice and quiet, very safe and close to the diplomatic zone and clubs, such as the Dutch club. Very nice, comfortable rooms, good, solid breakfast and excellent meals, if you want them,...

Well we stayed there for almost a week, friendly advices but yes little expensive, we were allowed to use the kitchen and the biggest advantage was it was quite and peaceful comparatively as dhaka itself is full of noise so recommended if you don't mind spending little extra

This place was perfect for me, being female and a solo traveller. It offered extremely clean rooms, air conditioning, excellent wifi connection, meals if you wanted them, excellent location and top security. Dhakka can be a little unnerving when you first arrive, so having somewhere decent to stay is important. Thomas, the man who looks after the apartment and speaks...

We tried to book Gulshan 2 but this was booked so we were directed to their new operation in Baridhara and we were not disappointed..... The rooms were decorated nicely and were spotlesly clean. Staff were always there to lend a helping hand , while the owners offered friendship and advice at every opportunity. Breakfast was included and in particular...

I chose Green House (Gulshan, Road 51) because of the extremely positive reviews and was deeply disappointed. Where do I start.. the Guesthouse is not a professionally run business. It is more an expensive sublet because the complete family is living in the two apartments of the Guesthouse and is most of the time not even treating you like a...

well, after the rave reviews, I chose to stay at Green House, this time. Never again! I stayed at the Road 51 property, and the room is really nice - spacious, large bed, table to work on, place to sit and read a book and shelf full of books! AC works, bathroom had a stagnant drain smell but otherwise fine....

We have stayed at Green House now for 1 week and absolutely love it. It's the most homely place we've found in 5 months on the road and Maya and her family are incredibly welcoming. It really is like having your own home away from home. If we come back to Dhaka, we'll book here again. The plus points: *...
