We stayed there for 4 days, The rooms was big &clean .A special thanks to Mr, Ali the reception supervisor.
We didn’t have unfortunately a good experience in this hotel .
The toilet maintenance is very bad .There was always a leakage of strong food smell that coming through our 2 rooms ( we were in the 3rd floor)
The kettles is very poor and do not work properly.
They didn’t housekeeping when we left after 1 pm, in spite of that we asked the lady at the reception to kindly send the housekeeping .
There is only 1 key card for each room & when I asked for another key card for my teenager kids room in order to access for them easily they refused to give me.
The breakfast is below average .
I don’t recommend this hotel.

From 5 stars here the name and services. There is an iron and ironing room in the room too. You can iron things only in the laundry for immodest money.
It's smoky on the terrace, there's not enough hood.
Instant coffee for breakfast.
The breakfast pastries are tasteless and feel like they were 3 days old.
We didn't expect anything extraordinary from an inexpensive 5, but the choice of food is very small for breakfast. There are no cold cuts, only dubious-looking sausage.
The only fruits are unsweetened melon and watermelon.

There are common problems with this hotel. For examples, there is a water blockage at the shower place in every bathroom. The water does not drain while taking a bath. Also, the shower guns are mostly broken and damaged. They are due for replacement. The electric kettels at the rooms are low quality and already rusty. They had never cleaned. It seems they do not care of maintenance at all. The same is found at their water heater in the restaurant. The breakfast is totally below the standard.

The hotel is aimed at tourists from India and the UAE, they are the first to check in, even though the time is right, and you sit and wait in line, even though you arrived earlier. And accordingly a very noisy audience, and hygiene rules are not observed. I saw a Traveler point his finger at a watermelon for breakfast, taste the juice and move on! Well, that's just what I saw, the fruit boon isn't great here, haven't eaten it since day one, though I love it very much. It is surprising that Azerbaijan is famous for fruit, and in the hotel it is not delicious.
They left the door open after cleaning today. How come? It's a good thing no one wants clothes in principle, but how is a maid so inconsiderate about closing the door after cleaning up after her?
I want to wish the hotel to treat tourists from near abroad as well as tourists from far abroad, or to position itself purely for tourists from India, UAE
Also improve the range of fruits for breakfast

Worst food, amenities worst, drainage smells in room.

I would rate them 2*

House keeping services worst.

They provide anything before 11am.

No proper sheets placed.

Bathroom are so small. The bath cubicle a medium healthy person can't get through

The hotel was clean with a comfy bed and great bathroom. The breakfast, however, had very limited options and basic food. Overall, the prices and location were reasonable.
So i would rate it 3.5 out of 5. I would advise them to improve breakfast options

I went there for one night with some friends to watch the football. We booked through a website that advertised it as 5 stars, but when we got there we were surprised as it wasn't what we expected. The hotel was new and clean but the facilities were maybe that of a 3 star bordering on 3 star hotel. There was only one restaurant/lounge and a small indoor swimming pool. The spa offered Hamam and massage packages, plus the usual jacuzzi and sauna, but they only had room for one person at a time!

When we arrived, after an early overnight flight, the hotel was busy and so we decided to explore the city and come back later for check in. When we got back, our rooms were ready but mine had a problem with the lock and we couldn't open it with a normal key (their key cards were not working apparently). A locksmith was called and he wanted to change the lock. I spoke to a staff in reception who just said to wait. I explained that I was very tired as I hadn't had any sleep the night before and whether it would be possible to give me another room until the issue is sorted. The staff member said that they were fully booked and couldn't tell me how long to wait for. When I said that I'm not happy to wait, the staff member said he couldn't do anything and just hung up. He was rude and unhelpful.

So I went down and asked for the staff member's name and was told it was Nawfal. I then asked to speak to the manager to understand how much longer I need to wait and to explain that the staff should be more helpful and supportive. Another staff, Ken, came to my aid and said that he agreed that Nawfal should've been more tactful. Ken was very helpful, issued me a key card immediately and showed me to the room.

The room was clean and neat but there were a few items missing:
1. While a kettle was available, there were no amenities to make tea or coffee. Ken was kind enough to get these ordered for us from room service.
2. Once I got the tea and coffee, there were no cups!
3. Towels and bathroom amenities were not enough for a 2 bed room. Towels were not fresh.
4. The water temperature regulator in the shower needs fine tuning; it was either too cold and no pressure, or too hot.

Please don't get me wrong, and I hope the hotel takes what I said as positive critisicm. The hotel, while clean and organised, needs a lot more work in terms of service to reach 5 star rating. The staff, apart from Nawfal, were very pleasant and helpful. Everything we asked for was accommodated, but we had to ask first. We did not try the food there (missed breakfast as returned too late from the game :-) ) so cannot comment on the quality of food. We paid around $650 for one night and we didn't feel that we got the value for money we expected.

I spent three nights and four days in July 2019 by a packaged tour. This new built hotel is about top 3 star hotel and not 5 star. It is located at a newly built street away from the center and the main attractions of the city, and very near to three main clubs in Baku. A local restaurant and Donald Kabab are located nearby and it is also close to a small supermarket. On the back street of this hotel there is a bus stop (number 2 and 11), and the subway station (Nariman Narimanov ) is accessible 20 minutes by walk. The breakfast buffet is good, and a few food are changed daily, but all placed on a table. Electric Kettle was not in the room, but it was sent immediately upon request. No tea or coffee or sugar is available in room to making drink. It has a small and cozy pool which can used by men and women(9am-9pm). Staff behavior is good and helpful. The Indian guests of hotel are very noisy.
