Staying at Villa Ayghedzor is an unique experience. The atmosphere is hospitable and warm and the interior is revamped with skillfully selected old furniture. Although Villa Ayghedzor is a B&B only, the helpful staff will do everything possible to support the guest if he/shei.e. needs breakfast at 4 am or would like to get hooked up with fellow academics in...

very authentic hotel with a lot of charm. It offers a nice breakfast and lot of room. We had a kitchen, very large living, bedroom and bathroom at our disposal. Very friendly personnel, who went the extra-mile to help us. The hotel is situated in a calm street on one of the hills of Yerevan.

I had a wonderful weekend. The hotel is conveniently situated. The rooms are delightful and all very individual. Breakfast was included and a real feast. The staff were helpful and polite. It was wonderful. Yerevan is a beautiful city, very calm and friendly. Lots to see and do and all within walking distance.

We stayed three nights at the villa and it was excellent. We had a late night airport pickup and an early morning drop off that were reasonably priced. The breakfast was very nice: everyone at a big table together. The food was well prepared and we were well looked after. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and roomy. Each one...

Located not too farrow city center this boutique type hotel has very decent service. Rooms are large, comfortable but simple, kind of a spartan style. Everything works nicely, stuff is polite. Very different from most standard western type hotels. Will return.

Often marketed as an awesome hotel with in-room wi-fi, upon arrival we found a room with uncomfortable beds, poor forniture and painful details. No trace of the promised welcome stuff, just a noisy old empty fridge, not to mention the lack of working wi-fi and air conditioning. The bathroom was smelly and so little the door did't open properly. Breakfast...

Maybe lacking a bit in character compared to the Villa Delenda from the same "chain", but only from the outside. The building itself, unlike Delenda, is a modern villa, but once inside, you get the same charm of a very well kept, comfortable and homey place, for me an ideal place to be based, when exploring the city. Yet again,...

We stayed at this villa on October 25 & 26 ,2012. We made our reservation 10 days ahead. We were in transit before our return flight home. The room we were given was very small... not a double room standard. The electric outlets and switches were not up to par on safety status. The bathroom was not the cleanest, there...

We spent only one night at Villa Ayghedzor in Yerevan, it wasn’t easy to find it but once we got there we had been reworded. This is an old house, it went through a number of renovation but still maintain its charm, it is spotless and very well maintained and there are some very nice pieces of old furniture, bed...

“The wifi was not good in the rooms. Best to also choose a room at the back, lots of barking neighborhood dogs at the front.”
