Recently I was in this hotel for the business trip. Stayed in the annex building of the hotel which I assume is the brand new. I had enormous big room, almost 50 sq meters, with a nice big windows and nice view over the bridge. The breakfast was basic, but the staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is not... More

The hotel offers very large rooms, but they all need renovation. Windows are not easy to open, bathroom equipment is substantially worn-out. Breakfast is poor, only instant coffee. Noise from busy road is audible even through closed windows.

We are turists from Iran who visit Yerevan once a year. To all Iranian turists who want to sleep in this hotel you՝d rather sleep in the street because of the worst quality. Girls are prohibited to have in the room. The security service equals concentration camps' dogs !!! No one speaks farsi. The b/fast includes only meat and bread.

If you don't like friendly persons at the reception desk, if you don't like a decent buffet for the breakfast (attention: the toaster is out of service at least 1 day out of 2), if you don't like the minimum of service at the breakfast room, if you don't like your minibar to be refurnished once within 8 nights of... Location is not the most covenient. Building itselfe is nice, lobby and dinning area tastefully furnished. Rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old, linens cheap, towels threadbare, bathrooms strangly shaped, poor qualty toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner. Staff is not that friendly, they are very serious and depressed looking - they need a course in customer relations fo sure.

Distance to republic sqaure, the business area, is such that nither you want to walk every time nor you get the value of spending 800-900 drams for a taxi. Hotel is clean. Staffs understand English, however I felt they should be more friendly. Not many options for breakfast. Replenishment of breakfast items took time. Overall I felt my stay was... More

Stayed here three times for a total of four nights over a period of ten days. The first room was on the second floor in the old part of the hotel and really nice, the second time we stayed it was on the third floor 311 and stuffy. They also gave us two single beds not a double as requested.... More
