We arrived at the hotel on June 19th and checked out early on the 23rd. The room was very nice and clean. The price was reasonable for our room with a queen size bed. The room (505) was located in the middle of the hotel. The price included a buffet breakfast. Also, the hotel has a small pool on the...

Good location, easy to find, a few steps away from restaurants, shops, beach and next to Sinh Tourist office - recommended local tour organizer. The breakfast is very good with many choice. The room itself is OK, you will get the Vietnamese standard, small window, impossible to close and lets light and street noise in... Contra: most of the guests are...

No Vietnamese hospitality here. Seems their target market is not tourists. Reception staff had no foreign language skills. Looking beyond that it's a great location, the pool deck on the 8th floor has a fantastic view out to Vinpearl. Plenty of food and drink around. Sinhtour bus stops about 30 meters up the street

Srayed here for about 10 nights mid to late January. Arrived early in morning from Saigon via train and was offered a temporary room as my booked room was not yet ready. Pleasant place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They do show signs of age but that does not detract from the experience. Breakfast was adequate, but not...

Booked this hotel some time before our trip in July. The hotel confirmed they had booked us a room without window. We asked for a room with a window which was agreed. This hotel is great if you like living in a housing estate! It was noisy, dank smelling, our bathroom floor was flooded and the 'window' was bricked over....

We are a ozzie family of 4 travelling with two daughters aged 9 and 11. We stayed for 3 nights at King Town and found it to be comfortable but noisy due to all the construction all around the hotel. Great location. We had the room right opposite the door to the pool which made it easy to supervise the...

The hotel was booked by our travel agent, so I don't have any idea about the price. Honestly, I would not choose this hotel. The hotel looks like a guest house but room, bed and bathroom looks very rundown. Windows are covered by a thick cartoon. The wall very thin, we can hear people banging the door. Our room exactly...

First I will start with the good thing and that is that the rooms are clean and the bathroom looks great. The bed is soft and good to sleep on The staff is friendly and helps you with what you want. We had the room on the 8th floor. If you get this room you better ask for a switch....

I was a bit concerned when I realised that we had booked this hotel for $24 a night including a nice breakfast......however, the room was clean, staff lovey, free internet, decent pool 1 block from the beach. What more could you ask for? They are building a big high rise next door, but most guests like us, wouldnt spend much...

Stayed here for 7 days, very cheap $20 Aus Dollars! Hotel had polite staff, rooms were clean and quiet with aircon . Small pool, breakfast was ok...considering the price of rooms! Building across road and next door not a problem as all working stops at about 7 pm and starts about 8.30 am. No hesitation in recommending this hotel for the budget traveller.Near...

“We really liked the room opposite the door to the pool as it was a family room with 1 double and 2 singles but was spacious and nice. White tiled floor, big bathroom, plenty of room.”

“There is still a lot of construction going on. Our room had a balcony and faced towards a building being newly constructed, which blocked our view of the sea.”

“all rooms are good,, however,, they are building a new building across the street,, and they start work early,, so many ask for a room on the back side,, but if your an early raiser then dont worry,,”
