The service was great, we booked a bus to Hoi An through the hotel and received the free breakfast and lots of advice on things to do. Only downside was that the air con in our room couldn't be adjusted so we were quite hot and didn't have the best sleep.

Staff were absolutely awesome - so friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy and very spacious, free breakfast was yum, very close walking distance to lots of restaurants, fast wifi. And super great value for money! No complaints at all :)

I stayed at waterland hotel 3 nights. The room was nice and clean and the bed was also good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simple, but good. I rented a scooter and brought a bus ticket to Hoi An and it was cheap and easy. Nice and cheap hotel!

Very welcoming staff. Fresh fruit platter on arrival. Large rooms. Clean. Slightly damp smell which went away after the A/C was started. Great location. Quiet street but walking distance to restaurants and 15-20minute walk to the imperial palace. Staff helped organise transport to next destination.

After check in some complimentary coffee and fruit salad was delivered to our rooms. The fruit shakes included in the complimentary breakfast were fresh and delicious and the breakfast...

My daughter stayed at this hotel last year for one month and when we returned together this year the hotel arranged airport pickups and greeted us with free smoothies and a wonderful welcome. The staff was always able to help me with tours and recommendations for eating and shopping and to have a chat after a day out. Waterland is...

I was there for two nights. They have free wi-fi and breakfast, but the room was dirty and staff was somehow rude (one in particular). That was strange to me, since I had completely different experience in other hotels.

We had a great stay in the Waterland. After booking another hotel nearby which wasn't as described, we moved to the Waterland at the last minute and were immediately charmed by the friendly staff who constantly feed you a stream of refreshing smoothies for free. The rooms were spacious, aircon good and staff genuine, friendly and helpful, with tips for...
