We only stayed here one night but the hotel offered everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and happy. The room was quite good, with fan and air-conditioning. The streets were not particularly busy, so the night was not so noisy as is quite common in other cities in Vietnam.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and I liked it. The staffs are really nice. The breakfast is limited, so I didn't have breakfast there. However, there are plenty of food stalls and restaurant nearby to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although the hotel doesn't have elevator, I had benefit to exercise a little to burn some calories...

If you want no-frills and noise, this place is for you. Room is spacious, but very lacking in comforts. And, as mentioned in another review, the place is exceptionally noisy since it's on a main street. By the second of two days, my A/C wasn't work right. Glad it was not summer. Breakfast was 2 fried eggs, a roll, watermelon...

Based on the glowing "excellent " reviews of this hotel, we booked online. Some observations were accurate> spotlessly clean/good location/near choice restaurants. But this hotel is NOISY and the street traffic starts up @ 6;00AM!! The hotel staff was gracious/ speedy and gave out good info.Only 2 of the staff had good English and they mght want to work on...

Owner pushy with his tour within minutes of arrival. Rooms do not look like they do in the pictures. We had top floor road facing room, apparently the best room, it was damp and musty and bare, but spacious. Bed was big and comfortable, bathroom a bit mean with a mist as oppose a shower over the bath! Good AC...

We stayed here two nights - the location can't be beat as it's on Le Loi - in the vicinity of a couple of large 4-star (I think) hotels that list in the $200 / night USD range. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, included free wi-fi and had a small balcony facing Le Loi from which you can observe...

A firm believer in no good deed goes unpunished, I have put off writing about the little hotel Lam Bao Long in Hue, Vietnam in fear the world will beat its way to that darling place and I shall never have room again. But Mister Nguyen Chung, manager, philosopher and chess player has promised me I shall always have room...
