Nice hotel with all facilities. Pleasant staff. Roof top pool which is nice but not really many facilities for laying next to the pool (not too much space). Roof top bar was closed. Spacious, nice and clean rooms. Good bathrooms.Good breakfast. Spa with cheap massages but average. Gym needs replacement of all equipment- most of it is broken or does not work optimal. No airco in the gym.

Lovely room, good selection for breakfast, well located for the pedestrian area full of bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was good. The only downside were the bars. The rooftop bar shut at ten o'clock, the garden bar was open to midnight but the choice of wine by the glass was hugely disappointing. The staff were very polite and attentive.

First of all, I love the name of this hotel! Really an excellent place to stay in. Super clean and huge rooms, huge buffet breakfast place with Asian and continental cosines, friendly and super helpful staffs, and nice spa facilities....what else can you possibly expect when you want to enjoy your holidays in relax mood :) Highly recommended when in Hue!

Second time starting in this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Huge, spotless rooms. Lovely rooftop pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location near the vibrant bar area but not too close that it was noisy. Would definitely recommend.

Busy big hotel but nothing to complain about really. Spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast buffet buzzing with lots of people but quality and variety of food good and more than sufficient. Absolutely recommendable when in Hue, the old Imperial Capital of Vietnam.
