While the location and facilities were good the staff weren't very friendly either in the reception room or the dining room. We arranged a day trip with an English speaking guide through reception and the guide didn't speak English very well and didn't know the history of Hue and was challenged by others in the group re his lack of information.We felt disappointed as Hue has so much history and we were not told any of it on our full day trip.

This 4 star hotel is located in the center of the city at 16 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Phu Hoi. The lobby is huge, bright and well furnished. Interesting shops, restaurants and cafes were within walking distance and were always crowded until late in the night. The bedroom we stayed in was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with variety of local dishes.

We loved our stay here. Romance is in a great location, the staff were super helpful when we needed a chemist and very friendly. Walking distance to EVERYTHING and the rooms were huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok from what we could see - unfortunately it was very busy when we were there and difficult to enjoy. Best to avoid it until after 8am if possible - much quieter

Easy walk to the tourist area and the Truong Tien bridge. Excellent staffs. Many choices at breakfast. They will serve Ca Phe Sua Da, if you just order. Many restaurants and local eateries around. Try the Hanh restaurant nearby.
