If you want somewhere away from the "hussle and bussle" and where the staff do everything for you and you love to eat, drink, sleep and swim, this is the place for you. What can I say except that I loved everything about my stay here. The whole experience, from the airport pick up, to checking in, to arranging trips was first rate. It all depends on what you are looking for but this is an isolated private area where you can truly relax and reconnect with nature whether it is admiring the sun rise or sunsets, walking through their gardens, sipping a nice drink on their lovely and comfortable terraces...the food there is amazing too. This is a resort taking preservation of the pristine environment it occupies seriously. The attention to detail in the design of this resort makes it perfect for those who want peace and tranquility. The bungalows are carefully sited to give maximum privacy. It was simple, but very spacious, comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom in the back was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I hope to return in the future to Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion soon. …

A beautiful getaway surrounded by nature but offers a poor welcome. The resort was unable to accommodate disabled people whereas it said that it were possible. Staffs’ attitude are overall good in the dining area but those at the reception and the spa lacks professionalism. The food is good and clean, representing a warm traditional Vietnamese meal. However, food offered at breakfast is quite greasy and the restaurant lacks natural light and remained relatively dim. The resort also provides a variety of safe activities for guests during their stay such as high wires or ziplines.

Unfortunately, I only stayed here for 1 night and I realized that I have made a wrong decision. However, it is definitely an excuse to come back to Alba Wellness Resort again soon. My stay was totally memorable without any word to describe how amazing it was.I have been stayed in a very beautiful and detailed bungalow. I love the lemongrass, lemon & honey that were sent to my room at night for turndown service that’ve made my sleep so well after drinking. I have spent 3 meals at Madam Chau restaurant and all of them were so delicious. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Ms Na, her recommendation was so good. There are Zipeline & Highwire that you can try during the day. They were so fun and exciting. Most of the instructors are very friendly and dedicated. I can spend the whole day long with them for the next stay Lastly, Onsen & Spa which are thier signature. This is a must during your stay here. You will be so relaxing with the both indoor & outdoor Onsen then with a wonderful body treatment from thier professional therapists. I really appreciated that Nyoman & his great team looked after me so well especially Tuan Anh who always presented to offer assistance proactively. Once agian, thanks Mr Hyton and his team - Mr Cuong, Thuy receptionist, Nyoman who are so kind and making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely come back here soon …

Our big family had a wonderful vacation at Alba hot spring resort. The service staff was great and helpful, especially Miss Tuyet Anh, who assisted in decorating the room on my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. We hope to be back here soon.

I had a great time here. the spa services, staff and surroundings are very nice and super peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone who is in need of a get away from the city. Every time I go there I swear my blood pressure drops by about 10 points
