Thia little boutique hotel is perfect for families wanting to see the sights of Saigon. Hotel is perfectly located for easy walking distance from major attractions. About a block from Ben Thanh Market, 2 blocks from Independence Hall and People's Committee building. Large beds, clean rooms, free breakfast, and excellent service from staff. Price was 84USD for three beds and one bath family room. I felt it was a really good price for the location. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a stones throw away from the food and other markets so great location and the room we stayed in was clean and tidy but dated. The staff were helpful with getting a taxi to the ferry terminal. New shower system with good pressure and beds were ok. But the breakfast was poor and the bread was mouldy. Would probably stay here again for the location.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 3 nights from 18 to 21 Nov 18. My friend ( together with his family) and I shared 2 rooms. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It is just 5 mins walk to Vinh Danh Mkt. The rooms were clean and toiletries were replenished daily but they don’t provide complementary bot water and tissue ( first time I encountered a Vietnam hotel that don’t provide tissue in the room) . There are stains on the glass behind the cupboards which they tried to cover. Breakfast (buffet) has limited food. Overall the stay is average.

We've stayed during our trip through Vietnam one night in the Happyland Hotel in Saigon. To make it short: the hotel needs a little bit of renovation done. But the bed was quite comfortable and the hotel room very clean and quite spacious (we've booked superior double bedroom). So nothing to complain about. We didn't make use of the breakfast offer so I can't tell anything about the quality. To Ben Than market it's just 5 min by walking and also some other sightseeing spots are in walking distance. If you're looking for a boutique hotel in the heart of district 1 you will definitely find what you're looking for.

I stayed a few days ago due to its good location Close To ben thanh Market. Checking in and out was good, they were nice to let me check out an hour late. However, the room is not nice as its advertised "newly built/upgrade".the air conditioner is old and loud when running. The most terrifying thing was a cockroach next to my pillow when i woke up. Traveling through some Asia countries all I need is a clean room but this hotel failed to delivery it. Even the the restroom in lobby area was dirty. Im definitely not recommende this hotel.

This place is located in the heart of the city . Close to most of the places of interest . We were a group of 5 couples and one of our room was a triple room , which was good for our group . But there was only one bathroom and it made it things inconvenient for us at the morning time . The hotel is good and recommended..

We booked a family suite with 3 queen beds. Spacious room & good location to many places. Front desk staffs were sweet & helpful. Cons: 1. Beds were very springy & uncomfortable. 2. Room smells like cigarettes, even though it states no smoking allowed. 3. It's dark throughout the property & the room too. 4. Our room had a power outage when we got back from going around town. We had to move everything in the dark. Management did accommodate us to a different room free of charge. Overall, it's an ok place to stay for its location.

All in all not to bad.. Bed was comfortable Room was clean. Bed remade each day Shower was reasonable. Enough room in the room to feel like your not in a small box and very short distance to the Cho Ben thanh markets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't to bad either..

It was a good hotel, it was not fantastic but there was also nothing bad about it. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was great considering that the Ben Thanh Market was a walking distance away and that there was convenient store next door. Also there is a nail salon nearby (to the left of the hotel, a few buildings down) that was cheap and pretty great. Overall, if I needed to stay in Saigon for a few days I would definitely book again.
