Nice location, Clean, Good and Simple Decoration and amazing staff. Convenient for me to go around many places. Comfortable and reasonable room rate. Sure I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Ho Chi Minh City.
Staff were always attentive and helpful and helped with any questions we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool lovely especially at night. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
The hotel is located in the center of the city in a safe neighborhood. You’ll find a lot of museums, markets, money-exchange shops, coffees, etc neirby. Don’t be afraid to walk around to discover new things. The hotel looks nice and clean. At the checkin you’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff who’ll offer you some fruit-juice. All the staff we talked to was nice and spoke english. We had a single bed room without windows. It was clean and quiet. Everyday the staff make sure you’ll have enough shampoo, shower gel, etc. On the morning, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It had some vietnamese and western dishes (noodles, soup, congee, eggs, cereals, etc). The hotel has a nice rooftop with 3 little swimming pools and a bar (lounge style) where you can order baverages and dishes from the hotel-restaurant. The view is amazing and you get to see the city with all buildings and lights. The hotel also has a spa with a gym and offers some services like massages. We recommend you this place for your staying in Ho-Chi-Minh city, especially if you’re looking for a good quality hotel for a reasonable price.…
Ms Hien was very patient and explain the details of the our stay very well. She is very kind which gave us a very pleasant experience during the stay. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job! Will definitely book my stay with them in future trips!
The hotel was at an good location. Close to the center and the Market hall is around the corner. Room was not big but nice and clean. There was also an rooftop bar and a pool on it with an great view over the city. Loved the view!
As I booked it I expected more. The shower in the room was broken and leaking. We needed al our towels to dry the floor. There are not many power sockets in the room. And idem for lights. That’s why the room is quite dark. Bathroom aswell. No bedlights or anything. At the rooftop, where the pool is with the amazing view over te city, specially at night, there was a happy hour promotion. As said in the board at the bar. When we were paying the bill for our beers they suddenly said the happy hour is only for cocktails. But that doesn’t say on the board en the bartender didn’t mention it while ordering. Beds are great though. We had a very good rest! Breakfast was good.
This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! I booked this hotel simply due to the great price, but it was well worth it! When I had a no window room, which I didn't think that I would like. However, the room was very spacious and the lighting didn't make the room feel closed off. Plus, when you need some natural light, there is a great rooftop terrace and pool, that has a really nice view of the city. The design and aesthetics of the hotel make for a very peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting HCMC and I will stay here again next time I'm there.
Check out my google review but basically these guys use a ton of fake reviews to bump up their rating.. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET OR BOOKING.COM OR AGODA.COM THEY ARE UPLOADED BY THE HOTEL.... What they did was before covid they were some other crappy hotel with terrible ratings, they put some money into decorating the lobby (which looks like vomit fyi) and nothing into the rooms. Thats a lie actually they renovated 2 or 3 junior suites (A bit) and left the hotel as is. The food is crap, the housekeeping is non existant, they didnt clean our floor in 3 weeks we were there. Of course they dont accept AMEX becuase you can dispute charges. Non existant gym, the pool had a bunch of kids pissing in it no thanks. The sauns did not function and just generally filthy. The guests are extremely loud, slamming doors etc Honestly, Shame on the management, they suck hardcore...... These guys are tricky trick tricky. They'll get you if you stay there.…
I have been in many hotels in all Vietnam. This one has been the most disappointing. I was exhausted by a long travel. When I arrived in the evening the reception staff were not welcoming at all. At the opposite not only they did not provide me with any information. I had instead to ask for everything, but they made me pay at the check in while all other people I saw paid at the check out. That sounded weird. So, I could not see the room before to pay. The room they gave me was supposed to have a view on the city. It was indeed a view but on the noisy street (being a low floor). Plus it was at the very end of a corridor behind a sort of generator that makes a huge noise all night. I had to put earplugs to be able to sleep and still I could hear the noise. The bathroom floor was not clean and there were some ants on the wood furniture. For the interior design I would call it more like sad than zen. The only good things were the staff at the breakfast, very friendly, the breakfast itself, the swimming pool on the rooftop and the location.…
This hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The room was really big and the whole hotel was clean and modern. The pool on the rooftop is more like a jacuzzi but it has cool views, and the sauna and steam rooms are good. There was a good selection at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
