This is the one! We have stayed at Christina's multiple times and will keep coming back. Thu and his staff are amazing. You are welcomed and cared for like a true guest each and every day of your stay. Location: Can't beat it! It is a central location yet down an alley just enough to enjoy a quiet stay. Local transportation (i.e. Grab) were able to easily find us, and quickly. At the end of the alley (across street and to the right) is a Circle K which is great for snacks and drinks. Room: The room is spacious, clean, and came with extra touches that make all the difference. There is a fridge/freezer that is stocked with a few drinks at reasonable prices. There is a water bottle that you can fill up with filtered water just outside the rooms door. This is a life saver from carrying heavy water from the Circle K. The balcony gives perfect views and space to watch the activities in the alley. The bathroom has shampoo and body wash which is very convenient. Laundry service is provided at a very reasonable suggested tipping fee. Service is usually same day. The staff will check in to see if/when you will like cleaning service too. Joi Cafe: The addition of the Joi Factory (cafe) downstairs brought our stay to the next level. The food is delicious and perfect for a quiet escape any time of day. The staff are kind and the service is fast. There is seating on the second level which is open and inviting. The easiest decision to book. Just do it and thank yourself later.

We stayed for 4d3n. Thu was very helpful with our requests regarding laundry and luggage. Property is at a great location in the city but yet quite peaceful. Bathroom was very spacious compared to other stays I have seen.

I had a great experience staying at Christina's hotel in HCMC. First of all it's the staff that makes a stay fun and enjoyable. Since, I stayed there for more than 3 weeks it's of utmost important to feel comfortable. Most of the staff speaks very good English and feels good when people actually understands what you want to tell them (which is not often the case in Vietnam). I had a great room on the top floor with kitchen (that I never used) and a fairly large balcony. The room was very clean and met my expectations in every way. Great air condition during the very humid and hot weather in HCMC. It was awesome !

We chose Christina’s place because of the vegetarian cafe downstairs. Even though the stay is right on top of a cafe, it was quiet. Christina’s place is very closed by to shops, entertainment, and famous places in Saigon. It’s clean and neat. We didn’t cook but it has basic cooking utensils. There’s regular maintenance schedule and laundry comes with additional fee of about $2. Staff is super friendly. Cafe downstairs also has a large menu. We were lucky to bump into an open mic night. The atmosphere was great. You can follow Joi Factory on Facebook to see when they have open mic. We liked it so much that we booked an additional night. Definitely would recommend.

Here is the perfect place, whether you need a short-term tour or a long-term rental, she will be your best choice in Ho Chi Minh City. The first floor is a vegetarian restaurant, which not only serves delicious food, but also often has a life band. There are also many authentic Vietnamese food nearby! I have chosen this place for over three years and she is my favorite! also introduced to everyone All the staff are very warm and kind! All the rooms are so clean and tidy! It's just like your own sweet home !

Everyone was really friendly so I appreciated that. There was this one night I was sick so the lady downstairs gave me Tylenol. Food at the cafe downstairs was really good too. I love the vegan banh mi and vegan broken rice a lot. Thank you so much for having me.”

Staying at Christina's feels like a privilege to me. I know I sound exaggerating. But we enjoyed our two nights stay here. Here's why: 1. For a short stay, the hotel and its location offer a good feel of what Saigon is - the old, and the new (especially). I like that it's smack in the middle of alleyways, something I liked about where I stayed in Hanoi (Kham Tien that was tucked away near the Hanoi train station). 2. The people were welcoming and spoke English. 3. Our room had a balcony that looked into the front street. Wished I stayed longer, and I could spend some time here. 4. Amenities: everything worked, had hot showers, there was space to keep things, sockets to charge phones. The bathroom COULD keep dry, a challenge to overcome in many Vietnamese places we stayed. One downside was a very light stale smell outside the lift, but I'd rather this than facing excessive use of chemicals and deodorisers. 5. Live music on Saturday night. Inexpensive, good atmosphere, and relaxing. Kudos to the people here, and thank you. And you even run a cafe downstairs!

I never really write a review, but this place deserves one. I travel A LOT and stay at a lot of Airbnb’s. This IS THE SPOT!!! If you’re a traveler like me or just on the road all the time, you’ll notice that you need little essentials here and there. This place has it all. Wi-Fi is excellent, coffee shop + restaurant on the first floor, laundry on-site, multiple places to eat (steps from the front door), and a big market for essentials is only a few blocks over. Money exchange at banks, ATMs, and jewelry stores are also within walking distance. They are located close to everything and are also away from noise pollution. Lastly, the staff is very kind and communication is next level. I’ve stayed all over Saigon’s Airbnb’s, from condos to skyscrapers… this is my favorite.

A great clean and modern space, enjoyed having the cafe right downstairs (enjoyed their coffee and vegan banh mi) and the city tour they helped arrange! Location was convenient enough to get a Grab rideshare to any places we wanted to go.

We had such a comfortable time staying with the Christina’s team, we came back twice! The cafe’s vegan food is really delicious, and highly recommended. We ate there most days at least once, despite so much great food in SaiGon. The fun events like the open mic, were also great, and everyone was always so friendly to us, from welcoming us to sing, to all the great kids books in the library which my daughter loved. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quite big, simple and stylish, and well equipped. Thien Tran in particular was always so friendly and eager to help, no matter the request, and made our stay a real pleasure. We’ll be back again.
