I loved this hotel! The location was great (in the hustle and bustle but not TOO crazy). The staff was SO helpful and called a tour guide when I needed to confirm a tour. They were so sweet, especially Chein. He was great and I highly suggest this hotel. Also, great continental breakfast!

I would like to start by saying I never write reviews. Ever!!! I'm an American in Ho Chi Minh city on business. I usually stay at Hilton, Hyatt or Sheraton. Wanted to try something new. Liberty Central Saigon City point hotel is amazing! Special thanks to Trung who did everything possible to accommodate my stay. He even arranged for an automobile rental because I was having trouble getting around. Special thanks to Ngoc Huong in the central restaurant. Trung and the whole staff there made me most welcome. I also can't forget everyone in the bistro. The most amazing stay! Rooftop view at night is also vibrant!

The service standards have dropped and been rather disappointing upon my arrival to the hotel this evening. Its very strange that their systems dont capture guest records despite having stayed in this hotel after more than last 10 years. Also its strange and a first experience for me that the hotel has ran out of key cards. I was unable to obtain a 2nd key card to my room. Really unfortunate and pity. I used to enjoy the high service standards and central location of this hotel. Will not likely to recommend this place anymore unless they start to improve.

I was very happy staying here. The room was very comfortable and sizable. It was very clean and well laid out. We booked 3 rooms and each had a different layout but they were all good. The staff was fantastic and efficient. The facilities were top notch such as the gym, the cafe and the rooftop bar was great with an amazing view. The location of the hotel is perfect -- its near to everything you need be it shopping or eating.

For the first time in Vietnam with friends and certainly not the last. Very nice hotel. The view from the bar where you have a drink is magnificent. The bar is very nice with good products and good staff. a big thank you to Luu Nhi for her work and professionalism, she knows how to take care of us very well and made us want to come back to Liberty Central Saigon

What a wonderful experience . The hotel is just outstanding with very luxurious suites. View from the roof top pool is stunning and even at night its simply amazing. The staff here are fabulous and cant recommend this hotel highly enough. a mention of a few staff that made my stay so much enjoyment - Ms Nhung, front desk supervisor, who's helpfulness and knowledge and of places to eat is amazing, Ms Le Anh also FD amazing experience with check in, and Ms Huong, from the lounge, who is such a bubbley and bright person to chat with every day. For such a great location in HCM D1 and just minutes from every where, stay here, i will be again, my new home in HCM, I highly recommend a stay this wonderful place.

If anyone in Vietnam touring I would like to recommend Skybar level 19 at Liberty Central Saigon Citipoint Hotel. Music is great with a beautiful of Saigon City View. The manager who run Skybar very down to Earth, friendly with an excellent customer service and will to the best of her ability to make sure you have a great night. Her name is Nhi (Mie). What a wonderful experience I had in my business trip. The hotel is just outstanding with very luxurious suites. But the most pleasant moment was at the bar, were I had an amazing cocktail due to the great Supervisor Luu thi mong nhi... I really recommend this place. No doubts.

My 2nd visit to this place. This time around went there with a friend for dinner and happy hour. Once again was amazed with their great hospitality. The waitress that served us previously, Mong Nhi, surprisingly recognized me the moment we stepped in! They serve some nice grill at reasonable price here, and their happy hour cocktail is a great deal! Overall, enjoyed the beautiful evening view with nice food and great service!
