We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. This hotel is conveniently located at the end of Bui Vien street, which is the "backpacker" part of town. The walk down this street every evening was always an adventure and such a fun start to our nights. The hotel staff are very friendly and had no trouble booking day tours for...

Really good location to get around. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable of what type of tours to take. Adjustments can be made with the tour to fit. Reasonable prices and simply good location in the city.

Rooms and lounge areas were clean and well kept. Kim, our host, was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine and we were provided with fresh towels daily. Neighborhood was a bit noisy in the evenings (backpacking/partystreet) but otherwise great location.

Room excellent, staff very helpful and breakfast reasonable, not the most inspired food you'll ever cross and limited drinks range but enough to get you going. The main downside is also the hotels plus point which is that as on a main road it's incredibly noisy so if you plan on partying all night that's great but if not earplugs...

Stayed 3 nights and had to check out as they were full. PROS Excellent location. Bang on the main strip but slightly away from the noise. Very helpful front office staff. Fairly good English. Clean rooms and loos. Adequate breakfast. CONS No lift. Would have given it 5/5 if lift was available. Would stay again.

Stayed for two nights in September. Hotel is located on a busy strip so it's close to all the restaurants & bars. Room was basic but clean, our room (102) was at the back of the hotel so we couldn't hear any of the noise from the street which was a plus. We ate out for breakfast so can't comment...

Location is fantastic, receptionist was very helpful and the rooms were clean. She even helped me buy stuff and recommended effective budget saving trips cause she was just that helpful! I like how this accommodation offers free breakfast-very simple but good and comforting. The streets could be noisy in the evening because it's got lots of bars and party spots...

The hotel is situated in a great location - 5 minutes walk to the market and lots of restaurants, shops and pubs on the door step! Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by the host who was very friendly and spoke great English. She was so helpful and attentive! The rooms were clean, good size and really comfortable beds...
