Call me a tight@$$ but this place was the cheapest place on the block at 150k per night. The room was clean apart from one rogue cockroach (could've possibly been because I brought a lot of fruit into the room). The WIFI was excellent (superfast but oddly couldn't get facebook and some other sites for some reason). Workers seemed pretty...

The owner, Mr. Binh, confirmed my room via email two days before I was due to arrive from Phnom Penh. When I arrived in HCMC by bus, I found out that Xuan Spring is conveniently located less than 200 meters from the bus drop-off point. Mr. Binh was very friendly and helpful to give me a quick but informative orientation...

I have to believe that the one review here that describes them as aggressively hostile has mistaken this for another hotel. Coming home drunk at 5 am and waking them up never caused any problems for us or our more boisterous friends who were also...

Stayed 2 nights and the owners were very kind and helpful. As the hotel is down a small but safe & lively lane, there is no street noise ensuring you sleep well. The staff are more than happy to accommodate in any way. I read other reviews here and have trouble imagining the owners being crazy because they seemed like...

Ok - Not the flashest hotel, but great location, very handy to resturants / market and the such. Easy to find down a very quite lane off "Pham Ngu Lao Street"...

When we were checking out of the hotel ready to pay the bill, after only one night of staying there my husband was assaulted by the "nice old lady". We left after one night as the actual hotel looks nothing at all like there website photos nor is it possible to pay by credit card as the website claims. The...

We stayed in this mini hotel for four nights and we can recommend it for sure. The gentle old lady managing this mini hotel is so kind and nice that deserves to be mentioned. She speaks a basic English but you won't have particular problems. Despite of the lobby, in the average, the rooms are clean and average spacious but...
