Great location in Pham Ngu Lao, just a short walk to many great sites, bars and restaurants. Our room was small but modern, and in need of a really good clean though not too bad. The biggest downfall was the intense smell of cigarette smoke!! As nonsmokers in a (supposedly) non-smoking room, the smell was really quite overwhelming.

Good location, Walking distance to all most historical place in The city. There are several of travel agencies on this area. Better book tour in the travel agency than hotel, because travel agency will brief you more and clear prices, some staff is friendly.

Gia Ven is a modern botique hotel that offers comfortable and clean rooms at an affordable price. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of the backpackers area where clubs, bars and restaurants adorn the streets, Gia Ven is a quiet side street offering noise-free rooms. I loved this hotel because it is very modern for the price....

Conveniently located in the backpacker area of D1, the Gia Vien Hotel ticks all the boxes of the ubiquitous 3-star Sai Gon hotel experience...5 metres wide, motorcycle parking underneath, small lobby, minimal rooms each floor...you know the drill. Check was slow as apparently there was no key for my VIP room (that mystery would be solved quickly). Once a copy...

We stayed here for one night, because we spontaneously decided to stay one night longer in Ho Chi Minh City and our former hotel unfortunately was completely booked out. We booked a double room with window and got a nice room in the 7th floor with window and a private bathroom with a really nice shower. Being in the 7th...

Walking distance from the bus stop. Front desk personnel friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was clean, updated, and had tea & coffee. This was a min-fridge with many items, all for a price, as listed on the placard on the desk above it. Cable T.V. had more stations than you could possibly watch. Bathroom was updated and supplied with the...

Nice hotel in the center of backpackers district. I suppose the hotel is quite new. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. The breakfast was very awarege, if you need sth different to eat there is plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Good value for money.

Breakfast was tasty - can´t really complain. the staff was always smiling and helping us. Location was good. Great! The tour we booked from the hotel...
