It only 8am (Vietnam time). The breakfast option is the worst i ever seen. Only noddles and fry egg. Those buffet setup was just for showcase. Coffee and tea are cold. There are guests from other country, have a thought for these guests. How much does it cost to have a decent option of bake beans, sausage, porridge, stew beef etc. Not everyone truely enjoy vietnam noddles. Most of the guest have no option but to accept. Slient does not mean we happy. Either you mention breakfast or no breakfast. Of course we can choose to stay in a better hotel, but please be reminded you are running a hospitality business.

Being on the walking street every motel will be loud of a night time however it is perfect if you are looking for a taste of the night life. My room was clean and beds were very comfortable so even on the night I chose not to go out, the comfy bed made it easy to sleep even with the bass of the music thumping. The staff are helpful. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Stayed on the second floor on a saturday night. Hotel staff were friendly. Could hear music from the club beneath hotel until 4am. Woken up in the morning by hammering in the hotel foyer which is currently being renovated. Large mould (black in colour) above shower head. Large mould spots on bedroom wall and ceiling. Glad only stayed one night.

While the rooms weren't overly bad, the accommodation is situated above about 3 nightclubs which pump music till about 5.30am. Bring earplugs! Once the music stops you have about an hour of silence before the workers start hammering and drilling- the aston is under construction at the moment. Rooms are clean and tidy

I have never left a review that I believe is as scathing as this. Without doubt, this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered. There are dirty sheets, cold showers, untidy rooms (complete with used condoms and packets) to greet you along with unhelpful staff and broken air conditioning. But despite all of the above, the worst part of all of it is that the windows are held together by sellotape and do not close properly so you essentially feel as though you were in a nightclub until about 5 am the next morning. It is horrendous and I would actively and avidly encourage you to book another hotel in Ho Chi Minh. Do not stay here ever! Donna

Stayed here during a group tour. Beds were comfy and bigger than a normal single size, WiFi worked well, and good AC. Staff very nice. Big downside is the bar next door blasts club music until about 4:30am which makes sleep very hard, even with earplugs, unless you are completely exhausted. Also pretty sure there are rats in the walls/ceiling as we could hear scurrying throughout the night. Only recommend if you are a partygoer and looking for somewhere to crash close to the clubs.

This hotel is situated between 4 night clubs that pump music till 4:30am ALL days of the week. So if your wanting any sleep at all while staying here then your out of luck. I phoned reception to ask what time the music stopped and they said 4am, then 2am, the midnight. So 4:30am it stopped. If u like relaxing. This is not the place to stay.

The hotel is located on the noisiest street in Ho Chi Min, above a night club and around many different pubs and bars. We got the "quite" back room ob the last floor. The noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep almost through the entire night. The room was ok. All the drawers and the closet in the room were squeaky. There was no curtain in the bathroom which made it difficult to shower and not fluid the entire room. There were lack of options in breakfast, so we found ourselves eating outside the hotel.

It is limited breakfast even the waitress brings a selection menu. She said you can not select two portion, just one from this. I asked the noodle should be dipped in hot water for a while and fried it but the girl bring like this picture, it seemed they even not put in hot water and the noodle is not solf. I asked and she said this can did like this only. This hotel might suitable for customers not caring their breakfast.

This is a best hotel for stay in HCM. Good location, helpful staff, good rooms. Tom & Jane is very helpful. Location is just on Bui Vien Street. Good, clean & spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Good choice if you go solo or with friends. I will book again when go back to HCM.
