This has to be the worse hotel I tried in Vietnam. The rooms are dirty, we had cockroaches and lizards crawling under the bed and on the walls. No bed sheets and they did not come to clean the room unless we asked for it. The "spa" is a men-only massage, or as we call it at home, a brothel....

This only convenience of hotel. It has not breakfast too. So with 5 stars standard I think it is so expensive :) maybe Singapore is expensive city. But I like traffic, friendly driver & train in Sentosa. Room is Festive very impress to family with 4-5people. A high bed, sofa bed and king bed. Ding Tai Lung is good restaurant....

Festival Hotel was perfect for me, I needed a cheap clean place in District 3. Stayed 3 nights. This hotel doubles as a massage venue, so the door staff will assume you want a massage until your face becomes familiar. On weekends weeding are also held here and can get noisy and busy on Saturday nights, wasn't really a problem...
