We stayed at the Norfolk for only one night on our way to Phu Quoc. We arrived at about 4pm after a long day of travel and it is always nice to be welcomed back. We love the location as it is close to everything. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but did have room service and this was good. Breakfast here is always good, a mix of western and Vietnamese fare. As always we enjoyed our quick stay here. 🤗
This was our first stop in Vietnam on our first trip. The hotel is small with very friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable with all necessary travelers amenities, including bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush, etc. In retrospect, in a country with amazing food and great hotel breakfast buffets, this was the one with the best Asian options. The pho, and ban cuon turned out to be the best we would have the entire trip. Wish I had eaten more!
The hotel was old, but we was happy about our experience. The location was excellent near the Ben Thanh market and some shopping mall. The room was not big, enough but tidy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful! Lovely
Location is awesome, the hotel much need renovation, old carpets, old fixtures & old furnitures. The unique in its own ways. Amazing services (especially Dung, Xuan, An, Nghia, Bao, Thuy, Boi, Duc, Dinh,Hao,Tu whose went above & beyond to make sure you have great experience in Vietnam Breakfast buffet has more enough selection of western and Vietnamese
Having stayed here before, I thought it would be the perfect location for my shopping trip in Ho Chi Minh. After a long day I went to my room had a lovely steak delivered by room service and settled in for the evening with a bottle of wine and a good book. At 6:30am the pounding and drilling and construction on the floor above me started. I wasn’t advised of this upon checkin and when I called the front desk they said I could move to another room. ??? What?? No way. And then at 7:30am housekeeping is banging on the door to clean the room with my do not disturb light clearly illuminated. Not a pleasant stay this time. The beds and pillows could be updated and the cleanliness wasn’t up to par.
The hotel smell like 50 years old without renovation, it is not like the pictures. Dirty Carpet on the floor, bad quality of amenities and dryer won’t work. Location is awesome just like the persons that work on the hotel, really good service from them.
I was tried after flying and reached the hotel. It’s a very nice hotel. Staff are very courteous and the room!!! The room is really nice among all the hotels I’d stayed. Comfortable and clean. Unique in its own ways. The breakfast is superb. A variety of dishes and fruits. Not much but adequate. Tourist attraction is within walking distance and the Catholic Church is just a few minutes walk away.
Only had one night at this hotel on finishing our trip of Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel is central for visiting many of the sites in Saigon. The accommodation is good, the staff are helpful and friendly and the restaurant offers quality food. All in a good hotel to stay in.
Hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive and helpful at all times. The location is in a busy area of Saigon, so expect chock-a-block traffic choking the roads all around the hotel during rush hours. We ate several meals in the hotel which were very good.
Located close to the night market, big and comfortable rooms, very polite stuff, big and diverse breakfast.fresh fruit everyday in the room, Bear and soda free of charge in the room, Highly recommended
