Best staff at Sky Bar.... Love the bartenders, Keith and Van! They make me feel a lot at home. Because of them, I will come back again!!! They know their drinks well which is the minimum requirements for staff working at a bar such as the one at Renaissance Riverside Saigon! Well done Keith and Van!🙏👍
I'm no stranger to Renaissance Riverside hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. Have been staying there for a number of years. Covid has kept me away for two years and this recent trip is the first after a long absence. My stay of 5 weeks has been made pleasantly comfortable by the entire Renaissance team from the front desk all the way to the GM himself. Great services from a great team. I was upgraded to a suite with great view day and night. Food served on the member club lounge at 18th floor is always great to my taste. If there is a certain meat that i do not eat, the chef is kind enough to change it to suit my palate and portion size. Needless to say the team on the 18th floor is a great team. They have been making me feel less homesick and ensuring my stay there is as comfortable as possible. I spent most of my dinner time at 18th floor and always happy for the company and good conversation. Shout out to Mr. Ravi, Steven, Ms Kim, Ms Ngoc Hang, Anh, Lynn, and many more that i did not get their names. Thank You all for your outstanding services.…
We just stayed for 1 night for the most beautiful firework view on Lunar new year eve. The river view totally satisfied us with the stunning direct view to the firework display. I know this hotel was built for long time but it doesn’t look old at all. The room is large, cozy & well equipped. Front office staff is amazing especially Ms Lam who checked us in with a truly hospitality. Highly recommended
We had wonderful time at Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, for our pre-Tet festival. The hotel is so conveniently located right at the heart of Saigon district 1, across from Bach Dang's river/site seeing, walking distance to Nguyen Hue; Saigon Centre; Ben Thanh's shopping mall.. Kudos to Front Desk reception area (thanks Mgr Hoang-Vy Do, Kim Ho, Kim Chi Nguyen (both), Cuong Nguyen; concierge desk: Son & Danh). Viet Kitchen's Restaurant (breakfast buffet has varieties of good choices from Asian to Western food, need to mentioned they have good Vietnamese Pho (beef or chicken), Bun' Bo`; Vietnamese style eggrolls, bun' cha Ha Noi (new dish); large yummy Pastry counter & French + sandwich breads. Huge thanks to Mr Hai (Viet Kitchen's Manager), mr Bao (assistance mgr), Ms. Thuy, mr. Danh, mr. Tinh, mr Huynh. We would recommend to our friends, anyone that like to have a pleasant, enjoyable stay in Saigon. We are looking at future trip to SGN in the Spring time, & looking forward to stay there again! :)) Chuc mung nam moi 2023 from anh Quinh & chi Thao ;-))…
The location and facilities were excellent, but what really stood out was the standard of service. Helpful, efficient and courteous staff proved to be a real differentiator, with the Steven, the Club Lounge Manager, being an outstanding example in this context. I would not hesitate to return in the future.
Liquid sky bar have perfect view . A very unique experience . Kumquat jito cocktail very nice and I was drink 2 glasses. I will surely recommend this place to my friend and family. Thanks Jade, Van, Tien for good service and friendly, professional.
We stayed here for three nights this week and enjoyed an excellent experience on the Club floor. Food in the Club lounge was of high quality and very well presented. Steven and all the staff worked very hard and were exceptionally helpful and responsive.
Last night I used the service at Rbar, I felt great. I ordered gluten free burger , very happy that my hotel has. I was offered a bar ritual which looked very nice and delicious . The space is great because there is a live band. Jade and Long, Vy advise and serve very thoughtfully and politely . I will be back . Thanks all
Great location, great view, even better service. The buffet breakfast is so good with plentty options (asian and western). Even though it is located in an bussy area, inside the hotel you can find a quite space to rest. Thanks to all the staff for your help during our stay and partuculary thanks for all your help and complicity to prepare that beautiful event to proppose to my gf. I and my fiancee enjoyed all your service. Thanks for all!
A proper 5 star hotel right next to the river and close to all the big District 1 attractions, like the “Walking Street”, the War Museums and the Reunification Palace. Tons of good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is well appointed with a rooftop bar and (Indian) restaurant, a foyer bar, ground floor restaurant, gym and pool. Rooms have mini-safe and tea station plus sumptuous beds and a comfortable work station. Breakfast is a wide selection of both Asian and western fare. Wi-Fi is reliable and good throughout the building. If I was to be super-critical, I might say that the decor is slightly showing its age in a few places, and that one might expect things like a heated bathroom mirror or a bubbly bathtub in a modern 5-star. Yet everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept, and it all feels good quality. Best of all are the staff, who were without exception incredibly helpful and friendly. We had an issue with external noise from a New Year’s Day concert nearby - something the hotel had no control over - but they did their utmost to move us to a quieter room, without any fuss. The concierge helped us with transport issues efficiently and in a very welcoming manner. Everything happened smoothly and happily. Result - happy customers. This is not the cheapest hotel in Saigon, but I would thoroughly recommend it if you can afford to spend a little extra.…
