This is the first time I and partner decided to take a new experience with Silverland Ben Thanh. We are seeing ourselves as very detailed oriented and picky when it comes to choosing hotels for vacation/holidays. We were extremely impressed with many things that we truly think the experience was amazing. The hotel has a very convenient location and great view for afternoon tea which you can outlook the beautiful city and if you like to watch the traffic when having coffee or tea like me. There are a few staffs that I’d love to call out their names here: Johnny, Hannah, Jennifer, Trí and Như
1. The bellman was extremely friendly by helping us carry out all the luggages as soon as our car stopped at the door and further to that, Johnny makes us feel like home by the way he was so smiley and provided us with welcome drinks, to me it was really tasty plus the hotel’s decoration makes us feel even more warmer
2. Hannah helped us to check in, it really reminded me of the outstanding service last time I had in Hanoi about 4 years ago was that the feeling of being respect, appreciated and welcome.
3. The offer we had included the free afternoon tea. Jennifer, always check in with us and make sure we order everything we’d like before the closing time of the stay’s duration and at the front of house whenever she’s around.
4. Trí and Như are the restaurant assistants I believe, they always look out for guests who are in needed consistently and always friendly whenever we call out to help us to clean the table, quick and responsive.
The only in our opinion that can be better is noise cancellation level is not the best as we can hear a lot of noise from our room at night so we hope the hotel can review and look into it
We also hope the level of service will continue to be great and consistently in the long term.
Despite that, in the summary of positive intention everyone made things so easy for us from when checking in, giving options and ask for feedbacks with details. We sincerely feel it likes our home so we are very grateful for everything. We will definitely come back to stay here when we are back in Vietnam again, thank you, thank you and thank you!

The hotel decor was great, it was our anniversary and they gifted us a bouquet and a bottle of wine! The tea time had a lot of nice pastries and fresh fruits as well as waffles made on the spot. This was one of the best customer centric hotels that I've been in in Vietnam! From the beginning till the end of stay every single staff member was fantastic and very friendly! When we first arrived, they provided us with a different room type, which we raised our concern that it was not what we booked. They immediately changed our room, which was much better and provided more surprises as complimentary wine and a bouquet of roses as it was our anniversary. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and good. You can also order if you fancy the buffet. They made it a point that all staff have a sincere conversation with you and catch up with you and see if there is any issue with our stay there. Location was superb as well. We were right smack in the middle of district 1 and it was easy to get to all the destination via foot or grab. I'll definitely recomend anyone who is coming to HCMC to stay here and for self too!

We stayed at this hotel for the last leg of our two weeks in Vietnam and were very hyped about the infrastructure, especially since it was the most expensive stay (551€ for four nights). It was a very disappointing experience to say the least… The only two pros were the cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel, which is very close to the main tourist attractions. We arrived in the evening and tried a dinner at the hotel restaurant, Smiths, which is located on the 12th floor. They served us a very badly made mash potatoes that tasted like soap, we reported it to the attention of the manager but besides some smiles we were still charged 60000 Vietnamese Dong ( is not about about the money but etiquette since it was not edible) . The following day they took the room key that was left on the plug ( only to leave the ac on as it was 38 degrees outside and the corridor between the rooms it’s very hot) and forgot to replace the towels. We called reception three times and waited well above 30 minutes. At the end, only the key was delivered and we had to look for the maiden ourselves. Moreover we went to the spa room, which was unattended and we had to turn on the sauna and steam room ourselves as there was no one there. This happened at 2 pm, even though the sauna was open as they told us from 6 am to 10 pm. Also avoid booking any type of transfer or driving services as it is triple the price that others can offer at the same or higher level of quality. Upon arrival there was a complementary food basket, which we didn’t consume and ended up rotting. Please see pictures attached, this makes us wonder if there is any care of the guests at all. We also used the pool, which was very dirty and unattended as well as very hot. Considering that there is an average temperature of 36 degrees in Ho Chi Minh at the moment, I’m sure everyone would love a refreshing pool. To sum everything up the hotel did not meet the expectations; on paper it was supposed to be the best and most expensive hotel we stayed at but eventually it was a very forgettable experience. Really great service from check in they prepared roses for our anniversary! The staff are really attentive in all aspects of service especially Jennifer and Hannah they always check in on us during breakfast and its always a pleasure chatting with them:) anna also helped to faciliate our room change and she was very professional!

I found Silverland Ben Thanh in my last days in Ho Chi Minh City after a series of bad trips at other hotels. At first, I only planned to stay one night, but the wow service and nice staff here made a wonderful impression on me, so I decided to extend longer. Special thanks to Ms.Anna (GSA), Ms. Jennifer, and the staff here who were thoughtful and dedicated. Your passion for hospitality created our trip better. 🙏 • Location: Close to Ben Thanh Market, in the heart of Saigon • The architecture is unique and meticulously detailed for every item in the room. Even a hairdryer and paper toilet were wrapped up in a small canvas bag. • Afternoon tea at the 12th floor restaurant every day with city views and diverse dishes that change daily. • Turndown service is offered every day. Netflix availble in the room. • Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, pool... Highly recommended for both price and quality. The hotel was newly opened in October, so it is very neat . It is located right next to Bentan Market and close to other tourist attractions. The hotel facilities are also perfect. Interior was unique and exotic, so it was so pretty. And It was convenient because the room has basic amenities and gowns. Breakfast and afternoon tea were served on the 12th floor, and the restaurant was very neat and the view was nice and foods were delicious. The customer service is really great. All the staffs are so kind, especially Jennifer is very professional, I was really impressed with her customer service. And There was a problem with my parents' room but they solved it right away. It was really fast. I will visit again next time.

The service in this hotel is exceptional. When we entered, our poor night staff was dealing with a very unruly bunch of kids who were literally throwing Christmas ornaments all over as their parents watched. Liam (the staff) did not lose his composure and continued to politely do his job. He was so confident and knew everything around the space at his fingertips. We were late for breakfast the morning but the staff were so kind to let us take food and even gave us bruschetta to make sure we had some food. The breakfast is part buffet and part ala carte (made to order) and its a really decent offering. The rooms all look like caves and it was quite a unique stay. The only challenge in our room is that the toilet and the shower area were on opposige sides of the room, but it was really not a major challenge. The service staff at check out were just as fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel is situated right next to Ben Thanh market so it's a great location to walk to most things nearby. Would 100% recommend them. My deepest appreciation to Liam who made us feel so welcomed after our flights.
