This is at a walkable distance from ben than market, wonderful rooms and awesome personnel. Trust me this is a wonderful place to stay. If you find something missing in the room, they will provide it in no time (I wanted an electric kettle and I got it in 10minutes after requesting). The staff are so friendly and the breakfast...

The staff of Hello House and Cozy House is very kind and helpfull!! My room was comfortable and big. The hotel has a good situation in the city center and he is in a quiet little street. I will go back to this hotel.

Walking from our taxi down the small alley to this hotel - you are filled with trepidation but... We stayed here for two nights in a double bed room on the top floor. Private room with secure locks on the door. Up 5 flights with no lift but we didn't mind the exercise as you end up walking all the...

Clean room with air con, friendly staff, great made to order breakfast. Close to the centre but down quite alley. Bed a bit hard and no window in room (which didn't bother us as it was peaceful after a day in the city).

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at Hello House. We were a bit disappointed the first night as coming straight from the airport we had to drag our suitcases up 5 levels as they have no lift and no one walked us to our room. Our room had no window (description on tripadvisor did not say so) therefore no...

Unbeatable location, nice breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. However our room was very small and had no window. Also on one occasion we wanted to leave the property to go for a walk. Admittedly it was rather late at night but when we went downstairs the door was locked and we couldn't find a member of staff to let...

For me, there are several important features that make a hotel experience positive. 1. Cleanliness - Hello House in general and our room in particular was spotless. 2. Comfort - comfy bed, quiet room, everything we needed; breakfast was tasty and there were several choices. 3. Staff/Service - here's where Hello House excelled - in particular the reception manager Sara....

The location of the hotel is amazing. You're in the heart of the backpacker area, yet it's down an alley off the main road so it's nice and quiet. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast offers several options from traditional Vietnamese fare to bread and jam. I booked the deluxe room with a city view and...

Right in the backpacker area, clean & nice room! The staff here were amazing - one day my friend left her shoes outside and one of the girls put them in a locker for her. On the last day of our stay our room was on the 5th floor - which is a lot of stairs without an elevator, but...

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Note that there are a lot of stairs in the property. We were on the top floor and it was quite the climb, but worth it! Maybe request a lower room if the stairs put you off. They offer a free breakfast every morning and it's delicious and fresh, with about...
