Our large room was lovely, spacious and very clean but the reception staff were so unfriendly it was almost laughable. Why? We enjoy relaxing in the bar late at night but it somehow just didn't happen here. It was as if we were a nuisance. Breakfasts were lavish and tasty. Great location. We'll choose elsewhere next time.

The hotel caters for a variety of tourists and serves great food to help meet all tastes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool was a welcome attraction after long days of sight seeing in the city. And the small bar served refreshing drinks. Even the quiet cocktail bar one floor below was nice to relax in...

We were able to WALK to all the attractions in the downtown area of Saigon by foot while staying in this hotel. The Notre Dame, The Post Office, the Government place, Ho Chi MIn Statue and so much more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was okay but no more than that. Sky bar was awful it was cold empty and when we asked for the music to be turned down a little it was replaced with a Vietnamese TV show that the staff behind the bar were enjoying but sadly we were not! Rooms...

Tours prices wrong and trips mislabeled, staff untrained and complacent, bar and restaurant understocked and incapable of getting the simplest order correct, drilling and hammering from 7am (staff deaf to complaints. Attitude of "smile and say um enough and the silly guests will go away"). The hotel does a decent job of looking fancy, but scratch just a little under...

This is a pretty well located hotel within district one. Hotel has all the facilities required including a sky pool and bar, a gym, suana and restaurants. There's also parking for motorbikes and cars. The satellite tv here is pretty good with a wide range of channels and there's a in-room safe, although it's a little confusing to use at...

I stayed downtown at this hotel for 5 nights on a recent business trip. Previously I had stayed at the Rex hotel, and this was a nice, lower cost alternative in the same area. The hotel is clean, and reasonably nicely appointed, although the amenities are just slightly below what I expect as an American in a high end downtown...

I tried this hotel for one night, if TV does not work, hardly any water pressure in shower (and no windows in the room) its a rather poor result. i will try again next week, if i experience same i will move to other hotel as there are enough options in the area of this district in HCMC.

We stayed here 3 nights in Nov. 2016. The room was very comfortable, the wifi was good, the water pressure in the bathroom was almost too strong, if possible. Best showers I had in Asia. The breakfasts were also very good. The hotel is 2 or 3 blocks from the Opera house and also within walking distance of the Vincom...

I have stayed four nights with four of my friend in this hotel. Location is very good. Not in a busy street. There are may restaurants near the hotel. So you can have meals from its. Even in the hotel also meals are not much expensive. So you can buy meals from ground floor restaurant also. Only 250 meters to...
