I moved in to this hotel in the middle of the night after a bad experience elsewhere (at a fancier, bigger scale hotel). The staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly -- they even invited me to attend the wedding of one of a staff's relative. Clean room with a nice little balcony. Location is good, very close and within walking...

All staff extremely helpful making the stay very enjoyable. Comfortable hotel, great location close to restaurants and shopping. Consistent standards with their Hanoi hotel. We stayed in the room to the back that was quiet.

Fantastic little hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff I encountered anywhere in my latest Vietnam trip. My room (105/Apricot) was spacious, with a huge bed, in-room safe, minibar, and view of Le Thi Rieng Street buzzing away below. You are within walking distance from all of D1's attractions, and more importantly, only 30 seconds walk from the best...

Jenny and her team were so welcoming. The jasmine room on the top floor is perfect and beautifully decorated. Very authentic Vietnamese. Jenny, the owner, spoke very good English and supplied us with a map and comprehensive suggestions for restaurants. We took her advice and were not disappointed. It was our wedding anniversary and u can see from the pictures...

This boutique hotel in the center of District 1 provides a great home base for a visit to HCMC. While the accommodations are no frill, they are amply comfortable for a nice stay. More importantly, though, is the customer service in this small property will remind you of how good customer service and make an entire experience exceptional! Particular standouts...

This is absolutely the worst "hotel" I nearly stayed at. Nearly because, although I'd booked and paid for 3 nights, as soon as saw it from the outside and once I got my room, I knew I couldn't stay there. It was depressing, dingy and grungy. I was so upset I wanted to cry. After all the lovely places I've...

Location excellent, but everything else was totally average. Nice wooden furniture throughout, but not particularly clean or well-kept. No lift. Absolutely nothing great about this hotel; it definitely needs more love and attention!

We had a lovely stay in HCMC at this small and extremely friendly boutique hotel with stylish rooms for four nights. Thumbs up for location - top floor room with gorgeous ceiling/views from balcony and serviceminded staff. Homey feeling! Downside- noise from the street....all in all- great place. Would stay there again!

Great hotel would stay here again. Staff were amazing. Rooms / hotel were very cute and just as pictured. Breakfast was very good. Check in with fruit juice, local food recommendations, and a Vietnamese phrase packet were a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at the Cinnamon Hotel thanks to the amazing staff! We weren't expecting the world from a 2* hotel, but we certainly did receive it! The rooms were very big and clean and the beds were very comfortable (there is no lift in the building, so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs,...
