Excellent! I’m enjoyed my short time staying there. Super clean and politeness from all the staff The seafood buffet was good and I also like Dim Sum buffet as well. I will be back ! Buffet advertised to have unlimited food & wind but seem like try not to serve lobster, crab when reorder, quite disappointed Room is only acceptable, staff are great in general. Recommend to have Pho as optional for breakfast as the date I stayed 3 days , there was not Pho at all which suppose to be signature of Vietnamese food. Coffee taste was nice
I love the fusion of modern design and tradition in this hotel. It's classy and comfortable at the same time. The room we stayed in provided luxury and comfort, with the amenities we need. The staff members were very helpful and accommodating, especially those in housekeeping and restaurants. We were warmly treated and served with every request. It's also strategically located in the city which gives you easy access to major establishments, and transport. You get the best value of what you pay for.
Stayed for our wedding anniversry, alwys enjoy staying at Nikko, spacious rooms, great shower and bathroom with huge bed. Seafood buffet great couldnt eat another lbster by end of the evening, all staff very friendly and helpful, would hope to stay agin next time we're in Saigon
Stayed at other Nikko/Okura properties in different countries before but the one at Saigon exceeded our expectation. Staff were attentive and helpful, rooms are wonderful and the restaurant is amazing. I didn’t get to visit the gym or the spa during our stay this time, but I’m sure they are great too. I did experienced some slight traffic jams during the departure, but totally not their fault!
This hotel is absolutely brilliant nothing was too hard to arrange even visiting a cacao farm 3 hours away they arranged taxi and made should i could tour. They looked after ne so well can not recommend highly enough
everything was perfect but they recently introduced deposit required when checked in, and receptionist was not well educated to explain this implementation to the hotel guests. claimed to managers but no adequate comments or reply.
Could not use debit card for deposit, the same card thast was used on their online site for reserving the room. THen we used a credit card, which was rejected, counter staff could not offer an explanation why, though the same card was used a few days back in another country and we had even checked with the bank that the card was ok. Frontline counter staff were kind of nose up in the air snobbish, not at all like the humble, professional service that japanese hotels are usually known for, particularly this short lady with glasses who was dressed in an ill-fitting jacket (manager? hope not.) frankly room was not too clean either, corners were dusty, some areas of the carpet had faint stains. they had 2 different types of baby cots, and for some reason, they nailed dead the part that was supposed to be able to fold downwards, making it difficult to put our baby into the bed or carrying her out. i booked another room for the second day for my wife's family, and ..somehow they didnt ask for their particulars for check-in. I assume that is why i see ladies dressed very much like those "working" ladies just walking around without fear. also, enforcement of the wearing mask rule is extremely slack, about 50% of the people were walking around without masks in the hotel lobby and in the elevators as well. shocking since there are two large signs saying the mask rule is strictly enforced. there was even a police officer in white short sleeve uniform carrying a briefcase walking around the lobby with no mask. Really, bad experiece in this hotel. Completely not what I expected from a japanese hotel. we stayed in the renaisaance just 3 months back and it was way above this standard. …
Love to stay there. Friendly staffs and great service. Mr Phong is a great concierge supervisor. Due to Covid I haven’t been back there for more than 2 years but they remember me. I am a client since 2015. Definitely going back there again.
Excellent service and hospitality! It’s a bit far from the old district but it’s worth to stay relaxing with quiet environment. My husband and I enjoyed the morning buffet and tried the spa treatment too.
