I found the Wink Hotel after a fully booked hotel lost my reservation and I had to scramble to find a place to stay. I'm glad my original hotel lost my reservation or I would have never been introduced to the Wink Hotel Saigon Centre.
The Staff: Phuong who is one of the front desk staff was wonderful. Even though I was not able to access my room upon arrival. Phuong texted me through the hotels' Whatsapp account at the conference I was attending as soon as the room became available. Phuong also assisted me with securing transportation and was extremely helpful during my stay!
Location: The hotel is located on a busy street but was close to everything I needed to access and is well insulated from the noise of a busy street. It's easy to pick up taxi's from the hotel's location.
My room: It was a simple one bedroom room, which was extremely clean, and laid out well. The bed faced a huge window which offered a great view of the Ho Chi Minh skyline. I really liked the full size colorful window shade that covered the window. I liked how the closet was designed, especially the line of hangers in the closet which allowed clothes to be hanged diagonally.
Lobby: The lobby was comfortable and a great place to hang! The bar offered daily happy hour specials and the bartender and waitstaff were very friendly. The back of the lobby would transform into a cozy breakfast area in the morning that offered a free breakfast with a nice variety. When this area was not being used for breakfast, it was a convenient store area that offered a variety of snacks other sundries.
I thoroughly enjoyed the music that is played in the lobby. The music contributes to cheerful relaxed vibe of the hotel.
The gym area is open 24 hours, which I appreciated and it had a variety of equipment and weights for a cozy space.
I also liked the washing/drying/ and ironing facilities. I appreciated how mindful the hotel was of all the small details that go into a comfortable enjoyable stay.
The Wink Hotel is a hip hotel, but not a pretentious one. It caters to everyone in a friendly, efficient, and affordable manner.
I look forward to my next stay at the Wink!

I like this hotel. It is new and has small rooms with queen sized bed. Room design is modern and well organized. Stuff speaking good English. Kitchen is good and price is comparable to street food but has better quality. At the evening lot of young people come to lobby lounge bar to speak, drink coctails and beer and listen nice modern music (not loud music). They offer fast laundry service. You pay by hotel key card for washing and drying mashing and iron on your clothes. It is fast process and no need to wait till next day. I also had old plane departed and hotel stuff kindly allowed me to stay till 8:00PM with no additional change.
I recommend this hotel. Good balanced between price and quality.

Event though we spent only 1 night but I had a wonderful experience at Wink hotel. I am truly fascinated in their convinient hotel style located in the city center. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist staff and they offered us complimnetary a late check-out till 15:00. We were so surprised with their excellent room. The room was very clean and fresh, especially the bed is extremly comfortable. They have a very good bathroom amenities which are eco-friendly with evironment. The bunk bed is very unique in the family room. The staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. They offered us vnd100.000 for coffe drinks and have clearly instructions to use the credit service for coffee machine, laundry machine. The breakfast were served with fusion dishes and unlimited ordering. I love the charm in colour and design of Wink hotel cause it does give me a free-style hotel vibe. I highly recommend this hotel for those who wanna spend their weekend in city center

While driving around Saigon, I happened to pass by this brand new hotel. I am a fan of hotels that have odd names and give them a try to see what charm or oddities that they may possess. Wink is the perfect place for business travelers or couples who want a hassle free and very comfortable place to stay for a few nights. The lobby was decorated very creatively and was enjoyable to grab a beer (or twelve) and play a few games of chess. The gym had all the equipment you could want for a quick stay. Staff was well trained and polite. The director of sales, Luis, was also very helpful and accommodating and made a point to make sure I had everything I could want and need for my stay. Vending machines on all floors that sold supplies that you may have forgotten at home and will save you a trip to the local 7-11. While the rooms were a little on the small size (more European style), they were well designed to maximize the allotted space. The bed was incredibly comfortable and my room had a nice view of the city. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, fresh, and filling. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of stay of this new quirky hotel in Saigon and will be sure to take more “staycations” in this lovely spot.

New hotel in city center that I have a valued chance to try before its opening in March 2021. It is truly worth every penny with high quality bed that I only found in international luxury 5-star hotels. The vending machine and auto-washing machines are also very special. Now I can have my clothes washed at very good price during my trip.

Modern hotel, clean, great breakfast, rooms are smaller than normal but comfortable, staff from 20th-28 oct were excellent ,hotel its not walking distance to city highlights but use Grab app (Uber) instead of taxi 10-20minutes ride around $2 USD , taxi are not expensive either. If you check in late 5pm your check out is at 5pm day of departure loved this 24 hour option!! ! always carry singles ( $1 USD ) for tips, even a $1 dollar goes a long way for locals. Ben Thanh market place to go for all type of souvenirs.

I recently had to stay for two weeks at Wink hotel. This is during the Covid lockdown. What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms all designed with the best details. Every design elements in the room makes complete sense. Rarely am I blowing away by the design of a room. But for the Wink hotel Saigon center I was completely blown away by the design. Very comfortable room.
But what I enjoyed most about the hotel was the extremely attentive and gracious hotel staff. They made me feel like it was my home away from home. Rarely when I’m at a hotel do I remember the names of staff but Christopher in particular was wonderful interpreting for me. Helping me find what I needed in Saigon. From an apartment to a motorbike. To food recommendations to grab taxis he did it all.
But the first person that I had an exchange with besides checking in was a wonderfully friendly bartender and her name was Angel. Angel made me the most delicious Vietnamese iced coffee I’ve ever had in my life. She always greeted me with a smile. She would always communicate with me in a way that made me smile.
And in the afternoon Quan was there also eager to help. He has a great sense of humor. He has one of those beautiful faces that makes it look like he’s always laughing and enjoying life. This was extremely refreshing.. Also eager to exchange stories with me in English. You can tell he’s really working on his English and wants to speak it well. That was really refreshing. What a wonderful lad.
This is a hotel that I highly recommend if you’re in Saigon city center and you want beauty design and service at a very reasonable price there’s not a hotel I would recommend more than a week Hotel Saigon center.
Also I pray that this brand makes its way to America’s Shores soon….We could really use a WINK….

I booked this venue for biz trip for 2 day in HCMC with a Trial Promo during their trial operational. Venue is in a downtown that fit could help me to travelling. Just 30 seconds for checkin/ checkout with their reception machine, credit 99,000 VND for vending machine at every floor is one more plus. The multitasked-staffs was very helpful to look after to checkin, food enquiries.

Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.

My husband and I stayed at Wink for the first time last week and we loved it. As a long term expat resident of Vietnam, I often travel to Saigon for both business and pleasure, at least once every eight weeks. As I’m not a tourist, I’m usually just looking for a clean and convenient place to stay, as well as reasonably priced. Wink easily exceeded my expectations. The check-in was easy, staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was perfect to suit our needs with everything we needed. It had a lovely city view and very comfortable bed and linens (I even checked to see if I could purchase the same sheets for my home)! We loved having the grab and go food and drink options downstairs as well as the 24 hour bar, which was also really reasonably priced. We actually ended up at the bar for a few nightcaps instead of going out at the end of the day! Wink will now be our ‘go to’ every time we travel to Saigon! I definitely recommend staying at Wink.
