We stayed at the Roseland Inn in Saigon for the New Year. The hotel is very well located, a reasonable walk to Saigon's major attractions. The hotel is fairly basic, but it is clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast foods on offer are quite limited, however there seemed to be quite a lot of cooked food which...

Bellboys and restaurant personel were courteous. Great central location. Overall the installations were clean. I was charged twice on my credit card for my stay, an issue I still have to solve with the hotel. The internet on the sixth floor was awfully slow. Breakfast had an acceptable variety of options but of average quality.

Our usual three star hotel in Saigon had raised its rates, so Ms Nworbd hunted up an alternative, the two star Roseland Inn Hotel. The price was right and the location quite central, only one block from the city’s classiest street. We made a reservation for 11 nights. On arrival, we were upgraded to a ‘grand deluxe’ room, 3rd floor...

Dear Mr & Mrs Brown, Thanks for taking your time and leave a feedback in here. From the first email when you asked for a reservation. We offered the Deluxe room with cheapest price cause you told us that you will stay for a long time. Im sure you can't book the same kind of room at our hotel on...

We had a windowless room for 4 days and found it fine - quiet and dark at night. The hotel is located in the middle of the District 1 action, so quiet and dark were bonuses. The room was small, but adequate, and clean. The breakfast was reasonable, not great. The location is excellent - lots of restaurants and bars...

I stayed here for 1 night in the luxury room with my partner. It was an excellent experience. The room, facilities and staff were perfect. A special mention to Thi. He was very helpful and made my stay there very pleasurable. He would go out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. I definitely will...

We stayed here for 3 nights and were a bit disappointed by the rooms. They were really small (but clean) and 2 of the 3 plugs didn't work, which was not fixed although we complained right from the start. With two phones and two cameras to charge this was really annoying. The breakfast is ok but nothing to get excited...

We had one of the basic rooms - small but comfortable and very clean. Love the bathroom - good lighting and lovely shower over bath - nice change from wet rooms! Good buffet selection for breakfast although keep an eye out when you're eating as they restock throughout breakfast time. I would consider upgrading to a bigger room next time!...

The price is good because the room is clean. Breakfast buffet is really perfect. Fruits. Vegetables and a lot of desserts. Position very close to tourist attractions on district 1. The staff is really gentle.
