Affordable stay, but don't expect much. Service is good; receptionist has pretty good grasp of English. Breakfast is not amazing but fills the stomach. Close to a street food place with English description, so it is easy to get food in English nearby - However expect price to be higher than the usual road side stalls. Hotel is also walkable... I was there in early March and late May and found the hotel met its requirements. Reception was pleasant. The other hotel staff were friendly even though some did not speak english. The free breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. The rooms were very clean all around. The location is the best. Close to everything needed. Many... More

The only positive thing I can say is that it was central and close to the local markets. After that, the res was depressive! Room was uncomfortable, noisy, small, with dirties walls... We had to claim about the objects located in the stairs. As an emergency exit, they don't work

Receptionists are helpful. Very Near to night market. You can walk around the hotel & can try a lot of local foods. Breakfast is also good. 2 mins walk from Ven Thanh Market and 10 mins walk from Saigon Square.

There were several poor reviews of this hotel prior to our visit but we found it comfortable, well located, and enjoyable. Is it perfect, of course not, but it may have gotten an undeserved bad reputation. The rooms are boutique small but efficient. Clean, good beds, hot water, secure and quiet if you are away from the street. Strong wifi,... More

My family of 7 people stayed here for 3nights. The only positive is that it was central and close to the local markets. We were given two family rooms on the top level of a 8 story building. The lift was the only way to access our rooms as the stairwell was used to store mattresses, linen, cleaning supplies, TVs... More

Booked here with G Adventures as part of a group, check in was swift, but only one card key given between 2 people who didn't know each other..... Room had twin single beds, with little room for anything else, beds were not made up, towels were not changed either. Fresh water not delivered as arranged.. Bathroom was good, decent shower... Dreadful interior room with creaky beds, hard pillows, nonexistent reading lights and dodgy breakfast of reheated undercooked eggs and instant coffee. When I asked for hot coffee, I was told to wait. The checkin staff were more interested in their own chitchat. 2 card keys disabled the door locks, so there was a constant traipse to the front desk for... More
