Visited here with a friend. Room is nice and tidy. No noisy sound. If you are to catch perfect buffet breakfast, you gotta get up early. I will give 3 out of 5 for this place. Interesting part is : there is another hotel in front and they have a very special massage service there. Check the hotel staff to... More

Stopped by this hotel for 2 nights and this hotel felt like what a 3 star hotel would feel like many ages ago. The rooms could be cleaner, because my friends found cockroaches and lizards in their rooms, but they do serve their purpose. The hotel is located at a pretty good location in District 1, being only about 10... More

This hotel is startlingly unprofessional. From management on down this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I have been traveling for more than 30 years to many countries so I have vast experience. Do not waste your money on this horrible establishment. Unbelievable bad. I was stunned.

We stayed at this hotel on our trip to Vietnam. The hotel is located within walking distance of most sights in Ho Chi Minh city. The staff seemed helpful and friendly, but some had limited English skills when it came to answering questions they don't normally get. The room was okay and had the basic things you need. The breakfast... More

I stopped at Hoang Phu Gia for two nights. Room: I had booked a double room. The room was bog standard, nothing special, but very spacious. Bathroom was a bit strange, as the shower/bath combination didn't feel sturdy, therefore I felt unsafe when showering. Location: I'd never visited HCMC prior to this stay, and later I discovered I was in... More

This hotel is centrally located with easy access to main sights, shopping, etc. Rooms are OK, however ants running around, both on 2nd floor and 4th floor rooms. Western breakfast is very limited, and selection of fruits is very limited as well. Staff does not seem very interested in customers, and is not service minded.

Loved the big beds here. Location also great, easy to go from here to the highlights of the city (post office, cathedral, war remnants museum etc.). Big city park around the corner. Got an upgrade without asking for it. Breakfast is mainly Asian, some fruits, not the best I've had the last couple of weeks. Again, very helpful and friendly... More

We were so happy coming into this hotel. The great service (English speaking as well) and the breakfast buffet which offers a wide range of food is definitely a must. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the markets and parks. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Only downside is the traffic... More

extremely friendly and helpful staff (I forgot my passport when catching a flight and a staff raced to the airport to return to me, amazing customer service)! A very tidy and central location in district 1, room was simple and clean.
