My second time in Saigon and I booked this place based on TA reviews. Glad I did. Great location near Independence Palace and walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and plenty of restaurants and bars. I didn't take the breakfast option. There was afternoon tea included but that didn't suit me as I was out at those times. Rooftop pool is really nice, although as others have said, it is small and shallow. Nice Steam and Sauna and shower which I used after check-out on my last day. Nice bar at the pool with a decent happy hour. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was nice, with one small window. I did look at a room across the hall that did not have a window so I would recommend requesting one with a window. Would stay again
Great staff, went above & beyond for you, room cleaned everyday, lovely rooms, comfortable big bed & pillows, very good breakfast, eggs cooked to order, there is plenty of food you won’t go hungry, hotel walking distance to everything, would definitely recommend this hotel
Staffs are very helpful to fulfil your requests and are always very polite. Hotel room are comfortable. Buffet breakfast was of decent selection and taste (omelette / scrambled eggs can be requested, and they taste really good - better than lots of other hotel with Live Egg station). Afternoon Tea was a mini buffet with a waffle-making station! There are Live music performance during afternoon tea on wednesday and saturday, and they really make the afternoon tea so much more enjoyable. Location is great too, most attractions within walking distance. We are super happy with this hotel and will recommend to anyone to choose this hotel :)
We’ve had a wonderful 3-day at this hotel. Great service from the staff who were helpful and polite. All the staff were also very welcoming. Hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Our room is comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea, it’s simple but delicious.
Had a lovely stay, location and accommodating is great. Mai and all the staffs are extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms are great as well as breakfast and afternoon tea! Highly recommend to stay here. Thank you for the lovely stay we have had. Will definitely come back.
Perfect location, great staff, great amenities. They helped out with lost luggage, and arranged cars for us. Never been to Vietnam before so this was great way to orientate. Handy for local sights, and there are bars and restaurants within ten minutes walking.
We travelled as a family of 5 . The breakfasts were a great start to the day . The staff were kind , welcoming , helpful and engaging . At the end of the day we enjoyed cocktails on the pool deck , fresh air and a great view of the city . The pool was cool and inviting before we headed out for dinner . Thank you for a great stay . Thanks Nicky for some great cocktails !
We originally booked the Grand Silverland and were moved to this hotel. No where near as nice and the breakfast was very ordinary. In saying that though the staff were great. Nickie at the pool bar was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I don’t believe it’s rating at 4 star probably more 3 star as far as the hotel and breakfast go
This property is a great value. For travelers new to Saigon, you cannot find a better location. It is in the heart of District 1. It is right down the street from Ben Thanh Market. It is in walking distance to all the major sights. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Japan Town area of Saigon that had amazing food at affordable prices. The hotel staff are very professional. It genuinely felt like they want to make your stay a good experience. The only downside is the rooftop pool. It is not really a functioning pool. It's more for just decoration.
Cosy decorated with outstanding service staff across the board. Excellent value and its really is 5 star hotel service level, from the doorman, to front desk and housekeeping. All staff are polite, well trained and eager to serve. It’s better than two the Two 5 star hotel I lodged in the past 2 weeks.
