We had a lovely four day stay at Ma Maison and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff are very attentive, translating addresses into Vietnamese for us and ordering taxis each time we wanted to go out. They even lent us some dong until we could...More
What a find this Hotel was. If you're prepared to jump in a taxi for a short ride to the main tourist area you will love this hotel. It is tucked away down a small alley which has you worried for a second but once...More
I'm not sure how I can convey to you how marvellous the welcome was a Ma Maison. I travel a lot. Honestly I think this may have been my favourite welcome. Form the time I called Natasha provided me with sound advice and and practical...More
Tucked away in a rather dubious street, you find this little oasis. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They go above and beyond to help you out. The rooms are lovely and it is amazing you can feel so relaxed amidst the chaos...More
A little tricky to find. Staff and hospitality was impeccable. Don't be put off by location, not being in district one. A taxi trip most places is so cheap regardless! Lovely two night stay. Highly recommended. Great value.
The hotel is in District 3, we got the bus no 65 if I recall, into the city the bus stop is beside the park (I'll talk about the park at the end) on the main road just 5 minutes from the hotel, Tom who is especially sweet... More
The hotel is in District 3, we got the bus no 65 if I recall, into the city the bus stop is beside the park (I'll talk about the park at the end) on the main road just 5 minutes from the hotel, Tom who is especially sweet insisted he took us to the bus stop. You can take a taxi however the traffic is crazy. The tunnels as per previous info. We did eat locally to the hotel and it was where locals ate. Noodles, veg, chilli garlic affair. We also took a taxi nearer the centre and ate at lovely vegetarian restaurant called Hum.
The park, my husband and I went early in the morning 6.00am and the different activities that were going on was fantastic to see. Well worth a stroll around the little oasis among the frenetic scene outside the park.
Happy travels. X
