I had a nightmare here after checking in yesterday. I booked a 1-bedroom unit (42sqm) and when I checked in I was surprised to see that they gave me just a normal hotel room. I notified the staff and showed him my booking confirmation, which stated my room type and size. He said according to the booking he received from Agoda (but I booked from Klook) that the room they gave me is correct - however my booking says otherwise. I had to head out to dinner and was told they would handle it and get me a new room when I come back. I came back later that night and still nothing was done. The guy at the front desk was not helpful at all and still refused to change my room, even though my booking confirmation says what room type I had. The staff were SO unhelpful and had no sense of customer service or problem solving skills at all. If this was a mistake from Agoda or Klook, the hotel should.have cleared it with them and honored my booking confirmation. All I got was "I can't do anything. no. no. I can't do anything". The staff was unhelp, had no empathy, no problem solving skills, and never even said sorry. I did not even hear from a manager or anyone at all. This morning when I came down to ask for a manager to tell them about this issue, I was told it's the weekend so there's no manager on shift, only two trainees at the front desk. This place is an absolute mess.…
Clean and comfortable apartment in down town area. Good for business traveller. The hotel has also small swimming pool on the top of the building. Due to Covid 19, the hotel stop serving the breakfast in the hotel that is not convenient for traveller who does not have much time.
Stayed here for three nights and can't fault it. The location is excellent, just a short walk to district 1. The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly, we will definitely return.
Someone wanna take my phone when I waiting for the grab thanks to the security guy who notices that and brave behavior to prevent it. Thanks a lot, even they will help you to arrange the luggage or stop the car to cross the street, cool!
The accommodation is new and clean. Professional staff. Breakfast some how is boring but sufficient. One good point that the accommodation has a small swimming pool. Laundromat is available. Location is in the heart of district 3 that is very convenient to walk to city center.
I stayed at this hotel due to its location and convenient for me to walk to the office of the company that I was visiting. The hotel is clean and relatively quiet as it is off the main busy street, but I had a connecting room and the connecting doors were not well sealed enough to block out the noises from the adjacent room. The hotel has all the basic facilities and amenities, and the breakfast buffet was limited and boring after a few days,
A clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet city hotel with a great pool and convenient location. The buffet breakfast was great the first day but not up to scratch on the other days. Otherwise, a great value stay.
It is the mixer between Apartment and Hotel. The new hotel with good equipment, good foods, good services. The pool was amazing, we love it very much! The location was not bad, not in the city center but near the Duc Ba Cathedral. Well done!
Stayed for 3 nights at Citadines and it was by far one of the cleanest, best-value for money hotels we've ever stayed at. The facilities in the room are very well thought out, from a regular sized fridge (not the mini bar fridges), cutlery, cooking utensils, an induction stove, microwave oven, basin in the kitchenette... great for family trips and for heating up a quick supper while on holiday. While the hotel is a short walking distance away from attractions like the Notre Dame, Saigon Post Office and Diamond Plaza Mall - it is easily accessible to futher destinations via Grab (taxi-hailing app), and rides to D1 would only cost you 25-30k VND. Breakfast is limited, but good enough to get you going for the day. Nearby the hotel (right side, less than 100m) there is a restaurant clled Que Nha, with slightly expensive but authentic local cuisine for lunch/dinner. One thing to note though - if you are travelling as a family, the room types in the hotel are classified according to floor. i.e. Twin sharing rooms are all on one floor, Queen rooms on another floor. May consider taking the same room type if you would prefer for all to be on the same floor. Overall, I would definitely stay in Citadines again on my next trip to HCM. Thumbs up!…
This hotel has a nice studio with a kitchenette. I do not like eating outside so kitchenette is an easy solution for me. This is also very convenient for me. Sound sensitive person may not like this hotel. There is a club nearby this hotel and every night I heard beats, sounds and shouting of a DJ.
