The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very welcoming. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis which was lovely to come back to after being out all day. The only downfall was that the bed was not comfortable. But we couldn’t fault anything else. Would recommend.

Triple E is amazing. I had a large room with a balcony with plants, beautiful wooden furniture and impeccably clean. Kind and helpful staff and a nice little indoor and outdoor bar with good coffee and cocktails. If I come back to Saigon, I'll definitely stay at Triple E again.

I really love the room with balcony, the comfortable bed and the toilet was very clean. Normally, I prefer to book an apartment than any hotel but this time I want to try the difference. When I came at Triple E and I realized my decision is worthy. The facilities in my room (303) have no different than 5-star hotel. The staff are friendly and willing to help you anytime. Pity: they dont have any parking area at their hotel 😔 It’s ok, we will comeback definitely !

Great staff, very friendly and professional. Nice central location although road noise was very very loud, giving any light sleepers a broken night's rest! Breakfast was to a very high standard! Rooms very comfy and overall good value!

Perfect location for most of what we wanted to see. Not bang in the heart of the Commerical centre but great access to market and much of “sights” of HCMC. Young crowd running a tight shift and clean rooms . Noisy street outside as in many hotels in the city .

We got a very specious room on the top floor with big windows overlooking the city. The room is tidy and clean, beds are comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious en clean. Breakfast included is made to your order with a wide variety in choices. The Saigon Fusion restaurant serves delicious food as well. This hotel is a great and decent place to stay, nothing special

We stayed here twice during our Vietnam holiday for a total of 6 nights and had the balcony room at the front. The room was very comfortable and had a large window area however I believe some rooms don’t have windows. On our second stay we were on the 6th floor but the lift only goes as high as the 5th so be aware if you have heavy bags. This hotel does amazing food. We ate here a few times and my husband even chose to eat here on his birthday night because it was that good. The food is very tasty and beautifully presented with a nice choice of dishes. The staff are attentive and very helpful. A note about the breakfast, some reviews have complained but we found the breakfasts to be delicious each day. There’s no buffet but a different menu each day with western and Vietnamese choices and it’s always good!

Minimalist decor, but real wood is a nice touch. Comfy beds! Stayed 2 nights, but had most of my meals here - the food is delicious, and served beautifully. Some rooms don't have windows (not a huge problem for me - it's quieter). Good localization - within walking range to most attractions. The staff is super helpful and polite. :)
