Booked for my friends 1 night. After that extend 1 more night, but they didnt accept to book online while the room was still there. They raised the price up after 2 mins. And pretended that the room were sold out on Agoda. And forced my friends to pay double price during this Covid19 pandemic. That s insane! Never stay here ever again.

Note: The room I stayed in was with the balcony. Pros -Great Location. This home-stay is conveniently situated near several restaurants and a local market. -Helpful Staff. Despite the lack of an elevator, the receptionist - without hesitation, carried my luggage all the way to my room (which was on the 2nd floor). -Clean Room. The room I stayed was visually clean and had a pleasant odor. Thankfully, there is daily housekeeping. -Good Security for a home-stay. It has a gate and a main door - both have locks. There is also an attendant (I think he lives there) who is always present at the building. -Minimalist Room Design. It was good to know that the room design was given some thought. CONS -Confusing Building Location. If you're a first-timer, you will surely get confused when you first arrive. The check-in location is in a completely different building from the actual building where you will stay in. (Please Keep in Mind: Your check-in is at Chill Suites, not Chill Box.) -There are no elevators. This can be a huge inconvenience if you're situated on the higher floors. -Not enough outlets/power sockets. If you're carrying more than one electronic device, this can be quite inconvenient. -The room I stayed in was much older than what was depicted. Expect to see some cracks and/or stains on the walls and ceiling. -Missing Microwave. When I booked my room, I was expecting a kitchenette (which means having at least a microwave and refrigerator). Thankfully, after I requested for my missing microwave they brought it right away. -Mysterious Phone Repair Shop. Not really an inconvenience, but quite a curious thing to have in the lobby. I don't know why it's there...but it's there! In conclusion, I would recommend this place for long staying guests because of its convenience, great location, and helpful staff.

The place was perfect for what we needed, very comfy and quiet even though the bu vien walking street and other tourist place is just walks away, the room itself was spacious, fresh sheets and free water, hot water, air conditioning, wifi and the usual amenities, place was safely secured cctvs keycard access gates and stay in guard, but a big plus for the very helpful and nicest staff who help us all the way

We arrived at 5am and were given another room to rest in for a few hours, free of charge. We also had a late flight the day we checked out and were allowed use of another room ( which we paid a small fee for ) so we could shower. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, they bent over backwards to help us. The rooms were nice and big ( we saw 3 rooms ) and quite quirky. The hotel is also in a great location for nightlife and food / shopping.

Nice place to stay for the price. Clean and tucked away from the noise of Saigon. Can be a little hard to find as previous reviewers have stated but once you do the girls there are lovely and make check in a breeze. Breakfast is limited but they still do offer it for such a cheap price.

I’m actually surprised this place doesn’t have many great reviews - then again we had a double room, not sure how the big dorms are. We got a room just as cute as the ones in the pictures - plenty of space, nice balcony, all clean and the ambiance was cute and lovely. While we were in this hostel we actually spent a lot of time inside just chilling because of how nice we thought it was. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend it, worth the $!

Warm welcome from the very first very moment i step in, clean room, awesome service. Although the door is kinda hard to close and lock ,but still, very safe thanks to the double layers door. The room and the furnitures are new and it's all in good quality. P/s: the TV is a bit boring by the way LOL.But in the end of the day, nobody come to a hotel just for the TV right ? LOL

My friend and I were in a Junior Room, they just sent us to another of their hotel. It was nice room, but We had to get in /out by the back door instead of the front gate. And there was no reception there for asking. So we could not ask anyone for tour nor informations.

I didn’t stay at those good rooms or the same block as people say but I honestly didn’t like my stay because I have been awoken up three times a day (12am washing machine), (4am on church bell) and 7am on construction. I know it’s supposed to be like waking up early to travel and trust me, I have traveled a lot to be fussy but I’m not. Didn’t like door for shower too because it will lock if you lock it. But they will help me take my luggage from the main office to my block through motorbike but climbing 4 floors up was really tiring with the luggage bag. Aircond was okay no issue. Overall, it is not for me. I would say it is slightly okay for me. I stayed at one of the block at this shop below.
