We spent 5 nights here and it's in a fantastic location if you want to stay in the lively backpacker area, but want a quiet room. The staff were lovely, rooms clean and had all the amenities you'd want from a budget hotel. There's a lovely little rooftop terrace to have a beer on too. It's down a small alleyway,...

Kim hotel was clean and the staff nice. Ok English. The room was large and fresh, bed comfortable. The only reason we moved was due to it being a little pricey compared to others and we have a tight budget.

My sister and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff were very welcoming and the room was spotless. The location was excellent - just around the corner from Bui Vien street which has plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy, and a short walk to the market. We enjoyed our stay there and, yes, there is a...

Travelling with my girlfriend, i mistakely booked the standard room for 1 guest only. Arrived late at night and got the room from security guard without problems. At morning went to reception and been told that i should pay an extra usd 2 because of having 2 guests, even if night fare was without any breakfast. Never heard of such...

We stayed for about 10 hours as we had to catch and early morning flight out HCMC. The staff were not overly friendly, seemed quite cranky, however it does seem as though they spend each night being woken up by drunken guests trying to get back in. The hotel is very conveniently located in the backpacker district off of the...

I stayed at Kim Hotel for three nights and have nothing but positive things to day. The Staff was very friendly and they bargained with me and got me a really good price. I stayed in the top floor room on the roof and it was peaceful and simple, and I had the beautiful rooftop balcony all to myself most...

They did do the whole 'the room you booked is not available, pay extra to upgrade' trick but i didnt mind paying 1$ a night extra. Besides that the hotel was very clean, Air Con spot on, good location off Bui Vien.

Booked and prepaid a double room via Agoda for 1 night after returning from Hue.  Emails with hotel prior to my trip were answered promptly.  Arranged for a airport pickup at USD13.  Despite a flight delay of 40mins, the driver was there waiting when I arrived near to 2300hrs   However when I arrived at the hotel, the girls said that...
