We had a wonderful stay at the Norfolk Mansion!
The staff was lead by Eric Hallin, who is keen on service. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was always delicious, and a nice way to start the day.
The location is only a couple blocks from the heart of the city, making the sights of District 1 very walkable.

Good location, friendly staff and clean. Very Home feel for long term stay though maybe dated but I have seen the effort they put in such as repainting and thorough cleaning after a long term guest checked out. Responded fast to queries and all issues settled. Also very detail and accommodative.
Example : internet connection went off at 8.20pm, gave a call to the management within 10 mins the provider came to rectify. Requested 2 green life plants for balcony and they immediately showed me pictures to choose, by end of the day it was there and safely tied around to ensure the pots do not fall due to strong wind

We stayed last 2 weeks of Dec 2019 This was the nicest apartment hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spacious, airy, nice furniture, huge furnished balcony, view. My son's bedroom had its own air conditioner. In total there were 3 air conditioners in the two bedroom apartment, washer dryer, two bathrooms. It felt like a home. The room service staff came as a team each day were super efficient. Very nice location. Nice gym and free yoga classes. The yoga teacher was fantastic.

Rundown, at least our apartment. Cleaning people trying to clean room at 07:45 AM, first time in my life, waking everybody up. Controlling when we said that we took nothing from mini bar that it was the truth, unbelievable. Having a hot vietnamese soup for breakfast, impossible, even after several sendings back. The cook is king and he does show it.

Stayed for one night at the end of our trip. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with nice furnishings. Most comfortable bed we had on our 3 week vacation. Small pool but nice, well appointed gym, decent breakfast with made to order eggs, soup or banh mi. The staff are exceptional, helping us with our prearranged car that didn’t show. Great location as well. 3 balconies off the bedrooms providing nice views of HCMC.

We checked in late at midnight and were welcomed by Lực, Hiếu and the receptionist. After getting off, I realized that I forgot my phone on the taxi. Lực and Hiếu immediately chased after that taxi for one block to get me the phone. That saved my whole trip! Thank you so much!
All the employees here are super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, gym and sauna are clean. I will absolutely come back here whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh city.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite for the week in Ho Chi Minh and we found it to be pleasant/clean and the customer service was impeccable, nothing was too much for the staff and felt like they sincerely had our best interest at all time. The rooms were great and big, the two bathroom came in handy with teenage children and kitchen came in handy at times. The location of the hotel was central and close to shops and restaurant all within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to three bedroom even though we booked two bedroom.
Main room huge king size with ensuite, second room king single , third room double bed could have been queen not sure they shared bathroom.
They are very accommodating just check with the hotel their English is quite good. Nice staff....
