Amazing hotel and esp Daniel at the reception/ he is extremely helpful and made my stay feeling like home. The room has been cleaned regularly .. hotel has a very modern vibe to it. The bed was comfortable and AC was working very well either hot or cold
Well located in the heart of the old quarter near train street, street markets and many eateries. Staff were polite and helped us arrange a hearty packed breakfast as we were checking out very early, before the hotel breakfast started. We enjoyed the comfortable room and warm hospitality. And the breakfast on our first day was an incredible spread that kept our bellies full for hours! Highly recommend.
Trendy became our favorite Hanoi place, with its lush, fresh breakfasts, courteous and attentive service, super clean rooms and cool decor. It felt like and intimate home shared with other travelers. We rebooked several times!
We stayed here for an overnight before we headed to Ha Giang. The hotel is located bang in the middle of the ever buzzing old quarters of Hanoi. Almost every place is walkable distance from here. We got a special upgrade to a larger room. The food was good.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and were blown away with the quality. We had some issues with our visas and had to make some stressful last minute changes to our stay, which the hotel was very accommodating with. The location was fantastic, the room was cosy with amenities in good nick, and the breakfast was delightful. But hands down the best part of our stay was the service. All the staff were friendly and helpful - with a special mention to Amanda, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and eventful. She even checked in with us a few days later on our trip elsewhere in the country. A gold standard in hospitality. Definitely would stay here again.
Clean rooms, good location and great service by the hotel staff. The staff were attentive to our needs and will recommend places of interest. Would like to especially commend Amanda for her hospitality. She surprised me with a cake at my hotel room, even though it was her off day, when she found out it was my birthday. Thank you for making the stay a memorable one!
We stayed at La siesta trendy for three nights and would definitely go back! The room was very nice, had a comfortable bed, and was clean. All of the staff were incredibly nice, especially Amanda who went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. She gave us tons of recommendations and even her phone number to text with questions or in case of emergency. We would definitely go back!
Absolutely blown away by the hospitality of the hotel team. Everyone was nice, smiley, polite and ever so ready to help. From reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping, excellent service throughout. Special compliments to David, the front desk receptionist. Very helpful throughout my entire stay and even checked in on us for the rest of our Vietnam trip even after we checked out of the hotel. Totally impressed. Keep up the great work! Rooms are clean and great location. Looking forward to be back!
This hotel and staff were beyond exceptional! When I first arrived, I was greeted by David. I was exhausted and hungry from long travels and David walked me over to a local coffee shop before I even checked in. He also personally went and grabbed a Banhmi for me and offered to take payment later. He just wanted me to enjoy their culture and food. David also went out of his way to give me his contact number for personal assistance and provided recommendations. David also personally engaged an outside service for my laundry pick up, drop off, and payment. Amanda, Alice, and Anh were also amazing! Every time I needed help, they were always there and always welcoming whatever the situation was. My room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. David set me up with a room with a balcony which was awesome. The house keepers kept my room clean and tidy while I went out and about to explore Hanoi. They were also very pleasant and welcoming. This hotel was an amazing and perfect experience for my first trip to Hanoi and set the bar very high. Coming from a hotel background, I have expectations and they blew it out the water. If I ever go back to Hanoi, I will definitely book at La Siesta again! Thanks again to David, Amanda, Alice, Anh, and the entire staff for making my stay a memorable and enjoyable one. Best in Hanoi!…
Situated on a quiet street in the Old Quarter, this is a lovely hotel. David on reception was incredibly helpful, full of recommendations and spoke perfect English as did all of the reception staff. Huge variety for breakfast across local and western cuisine, we also enjoyed amazing spring rolls for lunch too. Gorgeous views from the restaurant with an outdoor balcony available. The bed was very comfortable. The room in general was cosy, clean and spacious. Lots to see and do close by, including a vegetarian & vegan restaurant a few doors down named 'Sente' which is quite rare in the city!
