Hospitality was great. The room was extremely spacious. I could rest well after a flight. The receptionist lady was very accommodating. I used a taxi from the hotel was like five bucks. I would stay again. Thank you!

American and Dutch couple here. We needed to stay in an airport transit hotel as we were coming from the countryside and our flight wasn’t until the next morning. We chose Haap as it seemed to have good ratings and it didn’t disappoint. Staff is very accommodating, friendly, and speaks great English. Room was huge and comfortable. AC worked great and bed was comfortable. Would recommend to anybody in need of a hotel nearby the airport.

We chose this hotel as we had an early morning flight the next day. We were not expecting much as it was so cheap and included the taxi transfer but how wrong we were. It was a lovely family run hotel it was clean and tidy and the room was huge ( never seen such a large bathroom !) There isn't much round the hotel but they organised dinner and beers for us which again was very reasonable. Taxi the next morning was on time . Overall great stay in a family run hotel would definitely recommend if you are looking for a family friendly overnight stop.

This hotel is somewhat bizarre! If you're not concerned about young children everywhere when you check in, masses of children's shoes in the corridor, a bit of peeling paint in the corners and a rather under-used feel, then this could make a very good choice for your airport hotel. We were upgraded to a suite (free of charge) and the huge room was clean with 2 massive double beds, a fridge and a spacious bathroom including a jacuzzi bath (but no safe). The wifi was fine. There are a few bars / locals' eating places just outside the hotel and we enjoyed a few "fresh beers" here before returning to the hotel for dinner which was basic but perfectly nice and inexpensive. The friendly hotel staff arranged a transfer to the airport at 4am and all included in what was a very reasonable price. Overall we felt this was a good choice for one night near the airport.

Our taxi ride was close to this hotel driving through lane ways at the time we were concerned, but after arriving at this hotel it seamed like the sky open up.This Family run hotel is extremely friendly.Very large room my end table had a section to store your valuables with a key. This low level hotel has an elevator and a jetted bath tub .After placing our belonging in the room we asked if we can order food there was no problem. The next morning after breakfast they ordered a taxi for us to to return to the airport which they payed for.

Booked one night here for my partner to stay before his flight to New Zealand and I checked in with him until my flight that same evening. We were abandoning our holiday due to sudden death in the family and were both very upset but also stressed at having to book new flights. It still warms my heart how helpful the young girl behind the desk was (school age still I think). I couldnt get my own flight booked due to internet problems and she took me behind the desk to allow me to use her computer. She then arranged a taxi for me to go to the airport, only cost around £2. The room was huge, jacuzzi bath and separate shower, included coffee and bottles of water, breakfast and an airport transfer for my partner the next morning. All for around £20. So there is crayon on some walls and some children around but only made us feel more at home and surrounded by wonderful helpful people. Cant recommend enough

Rooms that we got on 3rd floor were exceptional.... Spacious, clean and neat... On the House tea or coffee would make it better. One must go down at reception area to fetch coffee. Overall a good and comfortable stay

What a quirky place to stay for the night after a late arrival into Hanoi. We had an early flight back out the next morning and this place looked like the best option when looking at TA. The rooms were very beaten up with lots of peeling paint and in some serious need of an overhaul. Both of our rooms had showers in a free standing tub which was unsafe as the bathroom floors get very slippery. Tons of kids shoes all over the hotel which was also odd. I will give them a huge thumbs up for the airport transportation as they executed both the pick up and drop off perfectly. We did not see another guest during our time there.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was nice but the bedding had hair and stains on the bed sheets. The paint was also peeling off the walls in our room. In the lobby downstairs there where children’s crayon drawings on the walls. This place seriously needs cosmetic updating and tidying up on the cleaning. The smell isn’t that great either and the area doesn’t look the safest.

We stayed at the HAAP Transit hotel because it was close to the airport and had free airport pick up. It was perfect as we were staying overnight to avert long hours waiting at an airport between flights. The accommodations were nice and clean. The television had some English stations. There was air conditioning. The proprietors were nice. I would certainly stay there again if the situation warranted
