The hotel was great! On arrival at the hotel, the driver was already waiting for my boyfriend and I at the airport. After a smooth drive from the airport to the hotel, the hotel staff greeted us with fresh mango juice and Vietnamese sweets. I had requested early check-in and our room was ready by the time we had arrived....

I had the best experience at this little hotel in the heart of Hanoi. It is close to all of the tourist hot spots. We were first greeted with a cool refreshing drink. Then a friendly and helpful staff gave us a detailed description of the area and suggested places to visit. He marked all of the places we want...

I made a TripAdvisor account for the sole purpose of reviewing oriental suites. From the moment we stepped in to this place the staff was amazing. We were greeted with two refreshing mango smoothies (with a swirly straw and a cherry on top), the room was smaller than avg but if you've ever been to a boutique hotel in Paris...

From the moment we set foot in the hotel until the moment we were escorted to our waiting car to move on to our next destination, the staff in this place couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! Our room was always lovely and fresh and the breakfast was very tasty with a large selection to choose from. There is...

There are two particularly wonderful things about this hotel: the location and the service. It's located in a very busy part of the Old Town, and from a guest perspective the location is absolutely central to almost anything you'll want to do. It's a very short walk to the lake and around 10-20 minutes walk to varying surrounding attractions including...

We stayed two weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia in 6 different hotels (boutique and 5*) but the service and welcome that we received in this hotel wasn't matched anywhere during our trip. We arrived at 4:30am and the normal check in is at 2am. They offered us to take a shower and change in their spa on the top floor....

We stayed in a lovely street view room for two nights. The staff from the moment we entered the hotel till we left were exceptional. Brilliant. Weekend markets at the hotel doorstep and so much more within walking distance , bars ,restaurants, shopping and attractions. It's just the little things that make the world of difference. Oriental Suites Hotel and...

My husband and I arrived this hotel on 19th May 2017, only booked for 2 nights, didn't expect too much, we received a very warm welcome from very beginning. The location of the hotel was so good, walking distance to coffee street, food street, beer corner, market, etc. The room we stayed is not big but very cozy and comfortable....

Oriental Suites is the best value for the money of any hotel I have ever stayed in on 5 continents. This was my second time staying with them. The rooms are very clean. The staff is the crown jewel of service. The breakfast and kitchen in general is vastly improved over the past two years and now everything I tried...

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away but the friendliness of the staff. We were there for 3 nights and they could not have been more helpful, Yes the room was small, as a result of the "tube house" construction, common in Hanoi, that is a very narrow street frontage, but the room was very well set out....
