I stayed with my husband for 4 nights and it was very good. The service is nice, the room was very clean, and the price is not expensive at all for the location. It is in the center of the old town, and we can do everything by walk. The manager was very helpful, giving a lot of good informations.... More

We stayed at Prince I for five nights. First two nights we stayed in one of the rooms ending in 2 (202, 302, etc) but there's nonwindow and it's quite cramped and you Dan hear all the internal stairwell noises. So we switched to 401, and paid $5 more, and loved it. It was HUGE abd had street facing windows... More

We stayed here for two nights hoping to get some good sleep away from the backpacker scene. Didn't really work out so well for us. Morning number one we wake to our rooms phone ringing and doorbell going being told that people need to get in to the room. So we get up and throw clothes on for some guy... More

I came here with my friends to relax and we were having fun, First of all it was really close to the center of the city so i can go to all the famous places from here. Secondly people were friendly so i didn't have any problem communicating and asking for help. Thirdly, the room was really nice and the... More

Check in quick and easy - told on 5th floor but NO LIFT!!! Room quite big and had on PC with internet. Bathroom small but functional. Fairly clean and tidy. Staff helpful most of time (was one rude woman though). No restaurant - breakfast served at communal table next to check in. Not good breakfast - seek elsewhere.

I stayed here for 2 non consecutive nights in Mar12 after reading some good reviews on trip advisor and I wasn't disappointed. The staff responded very quickly to my emails regarding booking the room and were fine with me checking in gone midnight due to late flights. Both rooms I stayed in were very spacious, had a safe and a... More

I booked early based on travelers recommendation. Pros: - The location is within the old quarter, 7 minutes walk from the lake. - room was spacious, equipped with PC, WiFi, air condition, and a safe (though they didn't have the key for the safe). - Prior to booking, we exchanged emails and they were VERY responsive, answering all my detailed... We have stayed both in Prince I and II. Bothe hotels heve very friendly staff (english speaking) and are situated in the city center (bothe in the same road). I liked Prince II better as there are computers in every room and it's a lot cleaner. I'd recommend both hotels though (Prince II is a little bit more expensive)

One of the nicest hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Great value! We booked a superior room. It was large, clean, very nice. Has everyting you need , including Wi-Fi and a computer. Friendly staff. Left our luggage there when we travelled to SaPa. Allowed us to check in very early when we were back from SaPa. Cheap laundry services.... More
