First of all, do not book a tour in this hotel, they are way to expensive. We payed 50 USD for a 34 USD tour. Rooms are OK, not very expensive, breakfast is included for 12 USD. It is nothing special, but it's buffet, so you can eat as much as you want.

The rooms- they smell terrible and it is difficult to breathe in any of the rooms without a window. The staff- beyond rude, angry, pushy, and will do their best to ensure that you have a terrible stay. The tours- DO NOT BOOK TOURS WITH THIS HOTEL. You will pay more than 4x more than everyone else on the tour....

Spent one night at this hotel - only cost 25 dollars - no excuse for dirty rooms, brown water and rude service. This hotel is in a good location but is not one I would recommend and we moved on tho greener pastures as soon as we could.

We stayed here from a recomendation at the bus stop, he had a lealet wich made the hotel look really nice but the pictures are mostly from their sister hotel. It was fine the first night , the hotel was quite dank but the room seemed ok and it was cheep. We payed $12 with A/C We discovered that the...

This hotel is the closest I've come to hitting someone on our trip. The staff are rude and aggressive. When challenged they shout at you, wagging a finger in the face of my wife is not a way to get me on side. The manager arranges taxis with a taxi driver who does nothing but sit outside all day for...

the rooms were pretty dirty and the service was terrible, one of us got locked in the bathroom and the staff reluctantly came to pry the door open with a knife (they had obviously done this before), the breakfast had some flies hanging around it and was pretty average, when we warned a group of backpakckers not to stay there...

I agree with all the other bad reviews here. the rooms are dirty (there was a used set of false eyelashes on our floor next to the bed) and the water coming from the faucet is brown. I wouldn't even take a shower here despite sweating all day. also, the staff are super rude and very aggressive. my husband asked...

Certainly not like the pamphlets that were handed out at the bus station! Receptionist was rude. Told to wait for 1/2 hour for room and then it still wasn't ready after almost an hour. The place was filthy when I went to check out the room. Room was so very tiny. Not worth the price so I went around the...

Seriously, you will end up wanting to throttle the staff. The hotel picks backpackers up from the bus for free, which is really handy as the bus stops a long way out of the centre. Take the lift but don't stay, there is no obligation. The hotel is tatty and dirty, the fifth floor gets so hot that even air-con...

We stayed here based on a recommendation from a guy we met with pamphlets for the hotel at the airport. The hotel looked nice and for US$15 we thought we couldn't go wrong. Our first experience of the dishonesy of the staff came when we arranged a taxi fare of $11 with this guy who recommened the hotel. He organised...
