Nothing like the pics! Old and scruffy. Paid for a delux room. It was dark and old fashioned. Bathroom was terrible. Water wouldn't go down. WiFi was very poor and kept dropping. Minimal choce for breakfast, although they did let us in 15 mins early and offered to cook scrambled eggs, which was nice. Noise is horrendous. Traffic is manic...

Don't bother, horrible, smelly, damp, cockroaches and terrible food. To far from town. Many better value hotels around the city. Outside food was good. The owner was friendly. Don't stay there. Anyone who says that this place is great has no idea.

We were moved to this hotel after arriving from Sa Pa and checking back into our previous hotel (which we stayed in prior to visiting Sa Pa) We had a front room with balcony overlooking the busy street below, fascinating to watch the people. Breakfast was fine, our room large and clean)

Stayed at this hotel last July. I was satisfied with the room, except, bathroom, it had drainage problem. Breakfast was Ok... It is close to the water puppet theater which is a MUST to see when you visit Vietnam. Over alll was satisfied with their service.

Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Location was really handy in the middle of...

Hanoi was the last stop on our Vietnam holiday and I though I would treat my family to a good hotel. I saw their web site and all looked good, the promise of a suite for 50 USD was good enough. The airport pick up went well but on checking in I discovered we had been allocated a normal double...
