In the heart of Old Quarter, with everything close by. Clean, well appointed rooms, comfy bed & great attentive staff. Receptionist, Sally went out of her way to make us feel welcome & and look after our every need. We were very happy here.

I have stayed in places around $100 and I am usually very satisfied with The kind of room I get for that value. We paid $129 for this room in an alley right in the heart of the old quarter. Room 501, supposedly one of the best rooms in the corner. But Wi-Fi sucks. They have to change the modem...

It is situated in the old part of town in a small alley and very centrally. The rooms were average. The staff was very friendly. We were able to store our luggage for 4 days while we were on a trip to Sapa Valley which was most helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of old quarter, however being located on the small street it is really nice and quiet. You can't hear the noises from the street and it is so convenient! The room nice and spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is amazing - very attentive, all English-speaking, very helpful. Breakfast was...

The hotel is located in an alley off Dinh Liet Street and we weren't impressed at first sight upon arrival. However, being tucked away and out of sight from the busy, noisy, hustling thoroughfare, we realized soon that it was actually an advantage being away from the noisy bustling traffic after noticing other hotels in the city areas. Yet the...

I can't forget the staff's name.At that time,i got flu and did cough a lot but staff took care of me and gave me the madicine as well. In addition, room was really clean...

Friendly, welcoming staff who gave us good tips about Hanoi to make our stay safe and enjoyable. Clean and comfortable room. Wide variety of delicious food in breakfast buffet. In the heart of The Old Quarter, making it very easy to get to some of the best food in the city.

Staff were friendly and helpful but room was over priced and the pictures look better than it is. Breakfast was ok if you like Vietnamese food, only other options were omelette and toast. The hotel is in a really good location, only a few minute walk from the main bars and restaurants.

Great hotel, but Google Maps has it on the wrong side of the street. (Not the hotels fault) Look down the alley on the other side and you will see their sign. It is well worth the search as this is a quality hotel right in the heart of the old quarter.

A great, small, inexpensive hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is fine and unlike another reviewer eggs were available everyday. It always amazes me that people visit a foreign country and expect to have everything like home! Our room was $27 a night and more than worth it. Will stay here again...
