This hotel is ideally located in the old quarter on a small laneway approx. 30 m from the nearest street. Accommodation was first class, with good breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient, particularly Manager David. Tours including Halong Bay were booked through the hotel and the choice of operators presented was excellent. We stayed a total of five nights and...

We spent three nights here at the start of a month long visit to the country. The room was very clean and quiet, location excellent, breakfast good and staff - especially the manager, David Nguyen- very considerate and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

This was our first time in Hanoi and couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay in. The location was right in the heart of the busy city amongst all the awesome cafes Hanoi has to offer. Located just down a quiet alleyway off the main strip so noise wasn't an issue. The staff when we checked in were great...

The hotel is perfectly located just a couple blocks from the lake and easy walking distance to all locations in the Old Quarter, including P. Ma Mai, Beer Corner, the market, etc. The staff was fantastic from the initial welcome and briefing on getting around Hanoi, to setting up airport transfers. Breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the...

Excellent location and quite affordable, although a but pricey by Hanoi standards. The staff go out of their way in every area of service which more than makes up for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although don't expect much of a view. Breakfast was excellent with Vietnamese and western options and very good coffee.

The place we had really high expectations but it was just ok. I think the price it too high and there are much better options in Hanoi. The staff do go through a lot of details with you and are friendly. The room isn't as nice as advertised a bit run down but clean enough. The design isn't as nice...

Location, location, location! La Beauté is about 40 yards down an alley (Ngu Trung Yèn) off Dinh Liet and the great thing is that no cars can get down the alley. This means that although you're staying in the heart of the Old Quarter the hotel benefits from some scarce peace and quiet in Hanoi. My wife and I spent...

The hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi and yet away from all the traffic. This hotel is great value and the most kind and helpful staff. We arrived late and yet we were greeted with warm and smile. The receptionist took time to give us information about Hanoi as this was our first visit in this great...

When I was younger I would search out the cheapest backpacker hostel in any city because usually they were in the most quaint and historic sections of the city... and they were dirt cheap. I still love the historic sections of cities but now I want my own bathroom, a clean and comfortable room, and a secure building.... and still...

On arrival they treat you very welll, sit down with you, discuss your stay and agreement, show you your room, etc, etc. However the standard of the room is on the poor side and breakfast was quite a disaster. Very centrally located in the Old Quarter. Needs improvement all around however!
