David organises great tours to Sapa & Halong. Be prepared that some rooms don't have a window to look out at the view but the staff & location make up for that.

We were extremely impressed with the Rising Dragon Hotel. Its location is handy to all the old Hanoi has to offer. Checkin was very smooth. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. The only downsides are there is no lift so if you are on the 5th floor you will have alot of climbing to do, and some...

The staff at the hotel was wonderful, and assisted in many way - a.o. making very easy reservation for Halong Bay-cruise, traintickets and taxi transfers. Located in the old quarter at 17 Nguyen Van To-Hoan Kiem, Hanoi the Rising Dragon 3 is a new hotel at which the rooms and service cannot be faulted. Staff are helpful to a fault, the hotel has a car and driver which is available at modest rates, a laundry service that multinational hotels can only dream about, free wifi...

A friend and I stayed 5 nights at the new Rising Dragon 3 in the old quarter and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. We were a bit dubious of their constant inquiries about our travel plans at first, assuming they were trying to sell us on tours. However, when we needed assistance in setting up...
