Cannot fault this place. In the heart of the old town, walking distance to some great eateries. Service was exceptional, there was nothing that was too difficult for the staff, and they exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and such great value for money. Would stay again.

Great hotel in a very good location. The room was clean and modern, this is no 5 star hotel but it is very good for the price range. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a super nice sleep, I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were always there to help with trips, further travel and accommadation elsewhere. One criticism was the lack of a comfy chair in the room, to me an essential

Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was decent , location was central and staff helpful, felt staff were not happy when I booked trip by myself instead of through the hotel travel service, apart from that I enjoyed my stay .

They told us a story that another hotel is 2 doors down and we had to stay there, which was an awful hotel. We booked through travel republic and...

Rooms were great, just what we needed for our last night in Vietnam. The staff were very accommodating in our need for late check out and helping us to arrange getting to the airport. The rooms were clean - just be warned we travelled as friends and the toilet and shower room had glass doors - they were frosted but...
