Firstly let me just say this, the staff in this hotel are very friendly, so a big shout out to them if they are reading this... The room is very spacious with a king size bed that is very comfortable.. the bathroom however was not that modern and needed a refurb. The buffet breakfast is amazing! noodles and rice along...

We had a large, very comfortable room with a great bathroom and a view over the small park opposite. Beautiful murals on the walls. Delightful, helpful staff all with a lot of character. Excellent breakfast with different hot dishes each day. Great, quirky bar downstairs. We came back after a week up north and were treated like old friends. I...

A well positioned, good standard hotel in Hanoi just a 10 min walk from the historic Old Quarter. The views across to the local park where people do their early morning exercise is a bonus. Breakfast is served on the 11th floor. The choice is good and some seating areas afford good views. The rooms are en suite and clean...

We had two nights there after our approach to Vietnam we where happy to get our rooms a bit earlier. The staff is friendly, breakfast good enough, rooms are clean - may be a bit old. The skyline from the restaurant is a cool one. We even had there dinner twice. The bar close to the street is cute. Now...

I enjoyed my staying here very much. I thought it was very good for a 3 star hotel. Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms and the breakfast is top class. The only minus is the common toilets outside of the rooms. The pub in the ground floor provides very friendly service and nice drinks.

Convenient location on the edge of the Old Quarter and within walking distance to most of the key sites. Hotel faces a small park and fountain with traffic circulating down either side. Large room and bathroom - clean and comfortable. Some aspects of the room condition were tired but everything worked fine. Ours was an 8th floor room and well-insulated...

The one plus point about this hotel is it's locality. There the good points stop. We recently had the misfortune of staying here a couple of weeks ago. From the moment we checked in it was awful. The male receptionist can only be described as surly and abrupt. The porter was rude. The room was described as a deluxe room. It...

This hotel is very close to the Old Quarter and around 20 minutes walk from the French Quarter. It is situated on a very busy roundabout so crossing the road outside is a real challenge, busy roads need to be crossed when walking in any direction so nerves of steel are required. Although our room was at the front of...
